SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas Richardson/Plano

Very beautiful and the rooms were great and the breakfast was very great. Staff was amazing and kept the place smelling and looking great. Tina at the front desk had to deal with a lot of rude and disrespectful people, but she stayed calm and professional with a smile on her face. Now she showed great customer service.

Only thing is that it takes them forever to process the payment when you check out. I checked out on Sunday, and payment was processed on Wednesday.

The location was perfect, as it was so close to the hospital. I didn't eat much of the breakfast, as I eat a very low-carb diet. I did have some eggs and sausage.

The eggs were cold, so I couldn't eat them. The sausage was very good. The accommodations were excellent, though, and the bed was very comfortable!

The rooms are spacious & clean. I love that they have a sitting area with a fold out couch and two queen beds as well as a big walk in closet! It’s much better than being cooped up in a double queen room. They also provide name brand tea tree oil products which is nice. The shower is in a separate room from the toilet which helps when you’re traveling with multiple people. The beds were very comfortable so is the couch! The breakfast was okay, the eggs were watery but over all it was good for being included in the room rate. Also, they have Texas shaped waffle maker which is cool. Some of the decor is a little outdated but it’s still very nice. They have a bar that’s open 5p-10p and an area to purchase toiletries. Overall I’m satisfied with the stay.

We found a tangle of hair in one of the blankets provided for the pull out couch. They replaced it immediately. Otherwise the place is very clean.

Breakfast was great! Nice selection and quality food. Hotel was convenient to lots of activities and highways were easy access.

A bottle of beer was over $7, but really everything was excellent.

I just love the staff and the location. Was perfect, and of course, Tina at the front was amazing again. The room was awesome, and the breakfast was amazing as well. I just love this hotel and will be back.

There is nothing negative to say I love everything about this location.

The room and the way it's was designed made it a home feeling.

The breakfast looked different than on the computer site and the lady down front needed help. She had too many people to check in at once so when I went to get snacks I stood in line for abt 10 minutes so I ended up putting them back because she had 3 people in front of me to check in need self check out for hotel snacks just wanted my snacks and go back to my room at abt 11 something at night just one person wrkn front counter help needed

The staff and the cleaning crew were very helpful and nice. If you're traveling with your family the location is great. It's very quiet and the breakfast is a plus! Thanks a million!

I really loved the room size and the floor plan. It was quiet and peaceful and the facilities available were really nice. Also, the small products were wonderful.

The pillows there were a little uncomfortable.

had kids running up and down halls and in room above us til 1:00 am . went to front desk and talked to mgr but nothing got done . very annoying.

Everything!!! The staff that works there are great and very nice.. went out of their way to help...That breakfast was very good..And the shower in my foom was T totally Awesome..
