Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott North Spring

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, whether in-person or by phone. I remember Cassandra because she did her best to assist me with an issue regarding my medication that I accidentally left in my room. Cassandra confirmed that the medicine had been refrigerated and went to retrieve it for me when I returned. However, someone had either taken or tossed the medication. Cassandra left a message for the manager and gave me his business card to follow-up. All of the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room size was surprisingly large and very comfortable.

I never once heard from the manager regarding my medication. No phone call, no email, no follow-up. My diabetes medication was $389.99 and it should have reimbursed immediately, because the staff took responsibility for securing it in the employee refrigerator. I didn't even get the courtesy of a response to my calls and emails. The ONLY reason I rated this hotel as I did, is because the front desk staff was friendly and tried repeatedly to assist. The failure is with the manager (I believe last name de la Cruz?) and his lack of responsiveness to an expensive loss of my medication. Only other complaint is that the carpet needs to be shampooed and the room had a slight mildew smell.

The excellent staff. They went over and beyond the call of duty. I miss this type of customer service. Thank you for your professional front desk staff 1st and 2nd shift. Please never change those two ladies. we enjoyed our stay. My only complaint was more selection for breakfast, additional breakfast meat turkey or chicken and the rooms near a good spring cleaning, curtain and sofa needs a shampoo.

The rooms need a good spring cleaning. the sofa, curtains, carpet needs shampooing. Please have housekeeping clean behind things. I know sometimes they are rush. I worked at Hotels. But please check sometimes.

Rooms and common areas were immaculately clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. There had been a wedding reception party there when we stayed and speaking to many of those guests, they had been thrilled with how the hotel had handled their needs as well. There's a small gym that is adequate for a decent workout. Hot breakfast was good with plenty of options.

I liked the fact that the location of the property was close to my friends, like 5min away! That's always a plus. When I checked In Joni was right there to get me as I walked in and gave the best customer service! Held a great conversation without loosing track of her surroundings. My whole stay she was very helpful and attentive.

Staff was super friendly and we loved that there was continental breakfast, a gym, and a pool. The bed and pillows were also comfortable and I never felt back pain during my entire stay.

Toilet paper and tissues are very dry, thin, and don’t feel nice on your skin. The pool towels are too small but that was easy to deal with.

Staff were very friendly and helpful right from the moment we walked in to the reception. Facilities were in very good condition, room was excellent. Quiet considering it's close to the freeway.

It took a bit long for the hot water in the shower to kick in and thr water pressure was good but not great.

The room was super clean and spacious. The lady at the front desk was friendly. We Loved the hot tub!!

Even though we asked for a room on the opposite site of the freeway we didn’t get. The noise wasn’t to bad in the beginning but you can definitely hear the freeway and the police Commotion across the freeway was loud!! But only lasted for about 30 mins ( that’s no fault of the hotel)

The room was a bit larger compared to the same type of room I've booked with the same type of hotel chain previously. There is a full bath, not just a shower. Plenty of space around the washbasin and several drawers to put your toilettries in. The workdesk is opposite the bed and just as wide, with a retractable lower-table for the computer that was wide enough to place several laptops on top of it (yes, we had several with us and it mattered :) ). Microwave and small fridge all right. Sofa with a retraceable bed [mattered for us, once again]. Smoking places by all hotel back-entrances with a bench to sit down [for smokers ...] Placed in a quiet place along the highway - nearby groceries accessible by car of course, but otherwise no noisy business nearabout. Guest laundry (coins). Personnel as friendly as they could be. Overall very nice experience and value for money.

None whatsoever. I wish you a happy business recovery and success in hiring personnel! :)

Close to family

We were here a while. Breakfast could have more variety and open until 10 everyday not just weekends. Offering chicken sausage but not regular pork was not desirable. Omelette and scrambled eggs so person has a choice. Fresh fruit. Banana apple oranges would be nice.

Location is close to alot of places

The location is also nxt to the i45 so very noisy rooms not soundproofed also cleaning wasnt specifically great the first night was awful the room was mouldy n smelly but got moved nxt day ended up with terrible allergies. breakfast was nit good either
