The property was well kept and in a nice location

The receptionist told at checkin that the toilet was leaking prior but had been fixed. Maintenance had to come to the room twice during my stay to supposedly fix said toilet that was still leaking water when we checked out. I was never given the option to change rooms nor did I receive any compensation for having to deal with said issue that was never fixed completely.

The staff is great, the room was amazing and very clean. The breakfast served in the morning was good quality, and just the whole hotel had a great vibe. We came to this hotel after a horrible experience at another hotel the previous evening. At check in the kind person who was helping me asked us what we were in town for and I informed her it was for a family loss. After we got settled she brought us a gift bag with some goodies and a card of condolence. In the situation we were in that meant the world to us. I have nothing bad to say about our stay and would highly recommend anyone looking for a great hotel to look no further and book here.

Everything about this hotel was great!! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bedroom was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, with plenty to choose from. The location was perfect for us, within easy reach of everything my husband and I wanted to see and do. We would definitely book this hotel again, if we are ever back in Houston.

Staff were extremely friendly, professional, and excellent at their jobs including the kitchen lead. The breakfast dining experience and food choices were far above what I expected. This is a huge change from what I've seen before.

Maybe the carpet was a bit old

The location was great and within 10 min of the The Woodlands Waterway and mall area. A little far from downtown Houston, so for those wanting to visit there, it’s about a 40 minute drive (including some traffic).

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights through Booking.com. I’m glad I checked my pending charges on my credit card because it turned out the hotel was charging me their normal rates for the hotel rooms and not the rates Booking.com gave me. The guy at the entrance desk did help me and update the rates, but I still ended up paying about $10 more than expected. If you’re booking through Booking.com, or any other site, make sure to check with the hotel that the Booking.com rate is used for your stay.

It was very close to freeways but also very quiet. It was clean and we enjoyed the option to grab a little snack late at night. Even though we didn’t utilize the restaurant for dinner or breakfast it’s nice to have the option right inside the hotel.

This hotel is top-notch! The staff was excellent! Jerome, Corey, and CHRISTY were exceptional. I enjoyed every morsel delivered to our table. I definitely will be back!

The evening host was extremely friendly and helpful. he provided more information about the hotel and amenities than any other place we’ve stayed. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was attentive and polite. highly recommend!

No trash can liners

The room was very clean and well appointed. It had a nice desk chair, plenty of lighting and plugs, and a comfortable armchair. The bathroom was spacious and the water got hot quickly. The AC worked well and the room wasn't too humid. The staff we interacted with were very nice.

The bed was very hard and the pillows extra soft (feather pillows). This made it hard to get comfortable. There also wasn't a heavier blanket, just a thin cover and sheets.

The whole staff was so friendly and very helpful. From the ladies checking in. To the great and friendly Bar tender, the ladies in charge of the breakfast were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was more than I could ever imagine. The fire pit outside was a very nice setup and a great place to make new friends. I will definitely stay with yall again.
