Hampton Inn & Suites North Houston Spring

+ very clean (even the corners, top of cupboards etc.); everything appeared pretty new with no scratches etc. + lots of charger boxes and even usb charge boxes at the bed, desk etc. + good free wifi quality (12MB down, 08MB up, 10 Ping) + spacious room + big bed (I am 190cm) with a lot of pillows and blankets to choose from; enjoyed that one a lot + big desk to work on + shower worked instantly + pictures match the reality

- staff did not respond for hours on booking and I had to call several times while they did not try to reach out to me - PLEASE remove the wooden doors from the fridge cuz it creates a warmth bride that makes the freezer got max. power all the time which is a waste of energy and super loud; had to unplug it in order to sleep - breakfest may be good to US standards but only mediocore for international standards since it basically was only eggs, pork burger patties with grease and sugary stuff; no healthy options

Staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Anything I asked for they were able to help and knew what needed to be done. The price was very reasonable and once I saw the place, it really was much nicer than what I expected in the price range. Breakfast was one of the best free Breakfast I have experienced and I travel 2-3 times a year for the past 20 years. Huge selection, large seating area, extremely clean, and fresh.

There was nothing about his hotel that affected my opinion in a negative way. Only good things to see here.

World class staff who take customer service to the next level. Friendly, inviting and genuine concern for the customer experience. The facility was spotless and modern. The lobby and staff were very welcoming. Quick check-in and easy room access. There was a small outdoor pool but we didn't visit. Room was very comfy with double bed and bathroom very spacious. Love the storage shelves fully stocked with bath towels. Can't say enough about how clean everything was. We didn't visit the breakfast buffet but it smelled great. There's a no noise policy from 10 pm - 6 am which we appreciated tremendously. The room had individual zone AC. Would rate the hotel 5 stars. Can't wait to visit again.

There are no microwaves in rooms and the mattress was really firm. Couldn't get comfy on mattress but the comforter and pillows were great.

Loved our stay here, everywhere was very clean and it was lovely and quiet. Great large rooms. We enjoyed hanging out in the pool area, it was kept tidy and was very relaxing. The snack shop was useful. Tito on the front desk was always friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was nice but bacon was only served once during our stay. There’s not much nearby (restaurants/bars) other than the hotel next door.

I loved the entire stay and hospitality from the staff. The hot breakfast was so good too. I wish the rooms had mini microwaves that would help to warm things up easily instead of going down.

The night staff girl was a little distant at times. I called to see if I was a diamond member and was told the system was booting and she didn’t see. Also I wanted Tylenol but you guys didn’t have any.

It was easy to find, clean, friendly, staff was always efficient . One of the staff member, Brandon, was the one who made our stay extra special and we thank him for that. the breakfast upholds it’s status as the best you can have. The wonderful lady in the kitchen was so sweet and the kitchen always clean. if we could give it a 20 instead of a 10, we would !

I've stayed with this location several times and have always had a stellar experience. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are always perfect, and breakfast is great! Highly recommend!

Absolutely nothing! Everything was great.

Overall we had no complaints. We had our granddaughter with us and we had so much fun in the pool.

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. Maybe fresher fruit on the breakfast bar.

Staff was very friendly and quick to respond. The breakfast was excellent and rotated every day. Hotel was clean and very quiet. Housekeeping did a good job.

Some fresh fruit for breakfast would have been good.
