rooms were spacious and comfortable. great breakfast. clean lobby and dining areas. convenient parking and location to our events. friendly staff.

it was a surprise to learn that in ADDITION to the expected incidentals charge, they also tack on a 15% fee for whatever…even asking did not get a good reason other than “it’s corporate and automatically computer generated. it will come off at check out.”. there was nothing relevant to that fee on Booking. in very fine print AFTER our cards were run there was a notification on the registration slip. all they’d told us was “initial here and here.”. shame on us for not reading that whole dang thing! We travel frequently, are members of several hotels groups but have NEVER experienced this. just felt it should have been pointed out upon check in.

Need a little more variety for morning breakfast.

Starting with the staff customer service was the bomb. From the entrance of the hotel to the room I felt good about my choice. Any time you can walk into a good cleaned facility and room it just makes your stay so much better. Having real breakfast available was great especially under my circumstances.

The couch was hard and uncomfortable for my daughters which caused them to crowd up in bed with me. However we made it work.

Good breakfast, and the room setting was excellent for leisure and some little work we needed to do. Good internet connectivity.

Not much shaded areas for parking. The car was always very hot when parked during the day due to the hot weather.

The bed was comfortable, the coffee was good, the staff was amazing, pretty quiet, the facilities were clean and nice

Thermostat broken, toilet was slow to fill after flushing, cloth shower curtain, could use a bigger tv in a room that size

Jennifer at the front desk was the BEST part of our stay. The afternoon young lady working the front desk and the gentle man in the evening were very rude and had very poor attitudes. If it was not for the care and absolute professionalism of Jennifer we would have left the day after our check in. Jennifer consistently stayed on top of our comfort and satisfaction and I honestly can not thank her enough for the little things she did here and there for myself and friends. The facilities were kept clean and fresh and the location was perfect for our trip. I would go back to this hotel in the future for sure and I would recommend it to others as well.

I think the staff could undergo some training on proper and professional attitudes when dealing with others. Whether they’re having a good or bad day they are the face of the company and their tones, facial expressions, and overall presentation to the guest should scream “expert in customer service” There were a couple staff members who were very rude, one gawked at my friends and I anytime we came to the front to leave, as well as used an ugly aggressive tone like she hated her job when all we did was ask for clean towels. Behavior like that makes people uncomfortable and if it’s the wrong person at the wrong time; aggressive, defensive, and rude as well. I think a refresh on customer service would be very beneficial.

It was convenient for what I needed.

Noisy guest above my room. I was charged $15 a night extra with no explanation. The invoice slipped under the door matched what the booking company said, but I was charged extra on my credit card.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean facility, good size room, outdoor pool, nice breakfast, 24 hour coffee available in lobby, snack purchase availability, free parking, convenient location for our activities.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were very friendly and the beds/pillows were extremely comfortable. We requested a handicapped room and they accommodated us. Unfortunately we were unable to have the complimentary breakfast but we were told we could order what we wanted and they would prepare it for us. That is true service!! We will definitely return here.

There was nothing that was negative during our stay

Friendly staff allowed my daughter and I to swim at the pool after check out. In order to pass some time while my daughter finished her exam at the near by college.

There was a coffee or coke stain on the box spring.
