The property is clean and neat, situated in good location with easy accessibility to local grocery store like Walmart. food store are also close by. I enjoy the atmosphere generally. Nice place to stay for few weeks.

Apart from front desk staffs that speak fluent English all other staffs for instance: Kitchen and Housekeeping staffs doesn’t seem to understand English, however this does not create a breaking point barrier as we are still able to communicate, it just need a bit of patience or talking with front desk staffs to relay your messages. It’s an intercontinental breakfast, you’ll get bored of eating same thing if you’re staying long time, which we did.

Breakfast was as expected. Plenty of room to navigate between the stations. Variety was perfectly acceptable. Wide variety of juices and cereal were a nice touch. Refrigerated milk was nice and cold Coffee station was perfect. As a tea drinker, it is always a nice touch to ensure hot water and good quality tea bags are available.

There was only one trash can that I could see in the room where everyone was eating. It was 9am and the trash can was full. There was no indication that there was anyone to clear tables.

Room was clean, well stocked and good location

The ac/heat unit clattered every time it came on. Which kept us from sleeping. It was so loud & obnoxious.

The breakfast was okay but not many options. The server that came out was Excellent and made sure we were able to be served before she closed up! :) A plus for that!!

There was a dog barking in the next room, that kept on and on. The bathroom tub was a bit of a mess, but overall it was good. There were not enough towels if you stayed multiple days, but we put up the do not disturb sign, in all fairness.

great location, very clean and friendly staff

I stayed at this same location last year around the same time for basketball tournament with my son and it was great! Only issue this time was that I asked for 2 days for the toilet in our room to be fixed and one of the staff even came down so I could show her the tank wouldn’t fill back up with water after flushing and we had to continue to take the tank lid off to force the water to fill. After 2 days of telling them it was never fixed. The day we checked out it was still not working.

It was close to where I needed to be and super convenient. Food was pretty good. it was clean and quiet for the most part.

Parking was sometimes an issue though cause they had construction trucks that would park across multiple spots for no reason. Otherwise the stay was decent.

Sorry I missed the full breakfast service that will be arriving in several weeks! The granola bars and what's available now is just fine however. The housekeeping staff has improved considerably since I was last here in April; appreciated the daily clean towels and sheets and couldn't help but smiling when I came back into room at night and saw bed was made and ready for us. The front desk amazed me by have a pair of my reading glasses available for me from a previous visit! Most appreciated. The room location on first floor was convenient as I was just able to walk out the door to my car in parking lot, less than 50 feet.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The location and parking areas were well lighted and secure.

The hotel does not have in room safes. The pandemic is over. It's time to start servicing rooms. I think the hotel industry is using the pandemic to reduce services to guest.

Breakfast was very good, coffee and sausages especially were excellent. Hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean and quiet. It was too cold to use the pool and I was too lazy to use the gym but both areas looked very nice. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area. Great value.

There could have been a bar, or even liquor available for purchase. Really cannot think of anything else.

The size of the room, comfortable bed,big shower and the breakfast was filling.staff was very friendly.

The smell at 4 oclock in the morning was horrible. Smell was coming from the bathroom. This happened three nights of our 5 night stay. It woke me up.
