Comfort Inn & Suites Cedar Hill Duncanville

The location was convenient for our team showcase, our room was very clean, absolutely loved the employees and the lady who was over the breakfast area was immensely welcoming and very sweet. Angel at the front desk, was AWESOME and very accommodating.

The police banging on our door and or our neighboring door, in the middle of the or early morning, for God only knows what. it was a very scary moment to be abruptly awakened to.

Room was clean, bathroom was extremely clean and well stocked with towels. The bed was very comfortable. If you put anything in the fridge don't turn it on high like I did or everything will be frozen the next morning.

The only inconvenience was you have to go to the front desk to get ice. I don't know how the breakfast was by the time I went down at 9am there wasn't anything left except cold sausages.

It was easy to get to from the Highway & very close to the venue for the event I was attending. The breakfast was fair seeing as how we are still dealing with the pandemic. My room was very clean & comfortable & the staff were very friendly & helpful. The lobby ice machine wasn’t working but the front desk personnel were quick to get me a bucket of ice when I needed it.

The ice machine not working, but other than that, I have no complaints.

The front desk guy was not friendly my request was not honored for first floor room handicap booked thur Book in .com one of the doors didn't work leading from parking lot.

Breakfast was good, well prepared by cook. Swimming pool was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Getting in and out of location was difficult. Parking was small and challenging.

The staff was welcoming and very helpful. It was a quiet stay which was a blessing for all guests who had spent long days as extras on the outdoor set of The Chosen in Midlothian. It was convenient to the highway, food, shopping, medical facilities... Oh and the mattresses were soooo comfy.

No complaints.

We got the room for my parents for the holidays since they traveled so far. It was a good experiment quaint and quiet. But the overall stay was great!!

The elevator was rather scary. Took a lot of time to open and close. Breakfast was just OK. Would of loved hot breakfast. But worked for on go.

Even during the pandemic times, they found the way to offer the breakfast in to-go lunches. The lady that was giving the breakfast was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and with all provisions clean and set up. I found towels, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, all the household equipment was working good.

The blinds barely blocked the outside light at night, because I had a lamp almost in front of my room. It is at one side of the highway, so the sound of the cars can be heard almost all times. For future expansions, more parking space would be appreciated.

The location was good for our trip reason. The area felt safe.

Just 2 items stopped me short of a great review. The bathroom had no bath towels at the time, which was resolved fairly quickly. The other item was a leftover pizza in the refrigerator, which made it smell. We fixed that problem ourself.

Breakfast choices were exceptional, but, I prefer whole milk. The location of the breakfast room was a few steps from my room. The room was nice and the location of the room was, too.

The only problem was there were 3 adults in the room, with only 2 face towels.
