The room needed better detailing cleaning the closet door wasn’t very clean the the drapes at the bottom look like it had poop at the bottom

I LOVE the staff for the most part. Ms. Johnson is AMAZING! Shes so warm and welcoming always asuring that my needs are met and very caring to say the least. I also just love and adore Gadalupe and Cameron they're so helpful and always catering to the guest.

The only thing that I don't like about this location is one particular employee name Joe. He is VERY RUDE and distasteful. He makes me feel uncomfortable and he always reaks of beer and alcohol. He's purposely aggresive to guest and had cancelled my reservation before and lied about it. It was really hurtful being that I was trying to check in after a long day of work.

They double charged me. Then they put it back and the next thing I knew, they taken it out again and really made my vacation very uncomfortable. I would call but always getting the runaround on refunding my money telling me it's gonna take awhile to receive my money when I was 800 miles from home! It didn't take them 5 or 10 days to take my money but now they are telling me it may take that long to receive mine! I didn't appreciate that at all!!!!

The front desk clerk at night wasn't very friendly. When I called I asked if there were any rooms available. She immediately said no. Then I presumed and told her that I was looking online on the hotel site and it says they have rooms. And she told me well there isn't any and that I could try online and see if it let's you book it. She was rude and hung up. So I went on the app and booked a room while I was waiting in the parking lot. And It let me in 5 minutes.

As soon as I walked in I could smell The pine saw It was so clean smell so wonderful very very clean the staff was excellent I forgot to get her name but she was at 2 to 11 PM she was amazing It was the lady who checked me in, she made me feel so comfortable I've NEVER been to a hotel that I felt like at home.

That I only had one night there 😔 wish I could of stayed longer lol but work calls 😆

I think everything was good. The staff was always nice, the breakfast my kids loved. The room we stayed in was clean, we had plenty of towels different sizes. The actual hotel was nice and good quality for the price we paid.

We never got to get in the pool it was always crowded. The area where the hotel is located, in my personal opinion I did not like. And it sucks because the hotel is nice.

YES I did…. When I have my day to my self, I go there it’s clean and quiet…And the front desk helper treat me like I’m family. They know my name, they greet me with a smile and say good to have you back.

Room was very spacious and clean. It was quiet and check in was quick and simple. The stay was so great and comfortable that I added another night. Received housekeeping daily. Definitely recommend

The staff. I overheard two staff members talking while still on the clock & they were cussing openly in the lobby. The older black lady made checking out interesting because I didn't know the rates changed every day & I felt uneasy because she made it seem like I was hotel hopping when we were only there because our ac heater wasn't working & it was 50° in the house so we had to stay at a hotel until Monday.

Friendly staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. Room service came by everyday and made sure I had everything I needed. Desoto, TX is a very friendly place. If staying in the Dallas area, I would recommend staying here. Cracker Barrel is one block away !

I have nothing negative to say. This motel exceeded all expectations.
