Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas Cedar Hill

I loved that I could go grab the breakfast for my kids, take it to the room and go back and grab myself some. Since I checked out in the middle off the night and no one was at the front counter that there was a bowl I could just drop my room keys in once I left. I could get up in the morning and see the most beautiful sunrise.

Friendly staff. I didn't mind that no maid service. I understand why. If you need anything they will supply. For me I didn't ask but I love being on the 4th floor facing the front. Perfect, and i had a nice tub in my room. So all was perfect except the faucet but it's ok. Also I loved breakfast. Coffee was too weak for me. I don't care for the type coffee pot. I would bring my own small travel coffee pot or something. I drove but circle k was walking distance. Love the location. Walking distance to places to grab a bite to eat. So I would return and recommendation. Hope this helps.

Water in the bathroom sink so low to conserve but it was too low. I told the night desk clerk. Nothing changed. I used the tub water when needing the sink.

The air conditioning seemed off but I received a new room after discussing it with the nice front people and it was still the same in the new room basically with an average temp in my room of 76-78 degrees all day / night long ..

The location was excellent also the food and kitchen staff were great. The interaction with the kitchen staff, housekeeping and front desk, both shifts was excellent.

Housekeeping was to be every 3 days but no one showed, the 3rd day was on Sunday. However they did empty the trash and brought clean towels on day 2.

Attractive decor. Room was nice as well as shower stall.

I did not like the fact that I saw black hair on the toilet. I have very short, platinum colored hair, and my husband is bald, clearly housekeeping, missed things.

Breakfast was clutch! My family enjoyed the breakfast options daily.

The indoor pool area was cold. It seems as if it should be temperature control issues.

The staff was great. 4 different people at the desk and all competent and friendly. They are very fortunate to have such a young and bright staff

Jacob at the front desk was Great. Gave good suggestions for restaurants. Very friendly.Always smiling. Other co-workers will be staying here also.

Need bacon on the breakfast bar more than 2 days a week. Great breakfast just need bacon more often

My overall experience was amazing! The location was great. You are within walking distance of all the major shopping plaza. The staff were beyond exceptional. They were very generous and courteous. I really loved my room it was very clean and very comfortable. The view was simply amazing. I went there for a bit of R&R and that was exactly what I received. If you all are traveling to Cedar Hill this is your place to stay I cannot wait to go back and relax.
