We had the Falstaff room with king bed, beautifully appointed and laid-out. Good bed, good bathroom, fluffy towels. Breakfast next morning was in the main house in a nice setting with good choice of hot and cold items in buffet style. We had nice conversations with other guests. The inn is situated in a residential neighborhood, close to theatre and art museum and university campus. Ample parling space.

Housekeeping had forgotten towel sets, but after some texting that was quickly resolved. We saw only one of the innkeepers when.she explained the breakfast layout the next morning; we would have liked more personal interaction.

We were two, mother and daughter, traveling. We were very pleasantly surprised by the room set up: 2 beds on two levels, a full kitchen, eating area, and bathroom just off the main house. I wish we could have stayed a week, it was so nice. Be aware that the one bathroom is on the upper level so the person in the room just below has to walk past the bed of the person in the space above to get there. We didn't mind that a bit! Breakfast was ample and with a good variety of choices. It was easy to walk a block to restaurants and bars. There was a farmers' market just up the street the next morning (Sat) which was a treat. And we happened to be there for a parade, too.

The only small drawback was that there was a kind of hallway to other rooms outside the lower bedroom, and people were congregating outside those other rooms talking (returning from a party) and it was as though they were in the room. But that only lasted about 5 minutes.

Charming Inn Nicely appointed room with a King and a full bed, plenty of pillows, and very comfortable mattress. Location was very close to Main Street and Southern Utah University, both within an easy walking distance.

There were no soap, shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion in the room. I prefer meeting the inn keepers when I check into a B&B to right away establish a rapport and feel that there is a connection. I understand this change was made as a result of Covid, but really missed that human interaction.

Good location and plenty of parking either on site or behind the property. Easy walk to the little town which has several restaurants (they shut early!!) and even a couple of bars where you could buy a drink without buying a meal - a welcome change in Utah! Excellent breakfast - easily the best we had in 3 weeks in US and great, helpful people running it.

Steep stairs to get upstairs so heavy luggage may cause problems.

checked in with information from a letter; no explanation about where common areas were or where breakfast was served; no instructions about location of various food set out in dining area (two rooms). only contact with innkeeper was when she came out to refill hot foods. not enough space to put cups on tables—doilies everywhere—form follows function!

Quaint, cozy, beautiful location near Shakespeare festival activities. The breakfast was healthy and generous. Loved talking to the owner, Susan.

Wasn’t prepared for narrow steps leading up to our room , which was a problem for us because we had two large suitcases. Our bad because we should have requested a room on first floor.

Wonderful service and breakfast. Easy to walk back and forth between the Shakespeare Festival and the room to recharge. So many great local restaurants and a farmers market. I really enjoyed meeting the other families staying there and talking about the performances we had seen the day before.

I loved everything about this B&B, it's small and cozy with old furniture and decoration style, everything was clean and very nice. The breakfast was homemade and delicious and they had plenty of different options available. I would absolutely stay here again!

The only downside is the room we had would have been not handicap accessible, it was up some fairly narrow stairs and the bathroom was very small.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. All staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious. Attended the Shakespeare festival and walked the two blocks. Great area to walk and be very comfortable.

Everything was wonderful nothing negative whatsoever

Owner was so kind and accommodating, made late check in very easy. Room was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful antique furniture in the bedrooms as well as throughout the many quaint sitting rooms. Breakfast was delicious, a wonderful healthy and homemade spread. Property is very comfortable, loved the option to eat outside.

It isn't super sound proof, wouldn't be a good spot for noisy kids, great for older families and couples looking for a cute peaceful place to rest. Not every room has individualized climate control, but fans are provided to help manage temperature. The building overall stays comfortable with the greater temp control system.
