Best Western Plus Cedar City

People were mostly very attentive and mannerly. Breakfast was acceptable. Room was nice enough that we will probably come back . Bed comfort (mattress, linens, blankets). were excellent . Bath towels were excellent. Room service was very good and friendly.

Hot Water was never available for my morning tea.or hot chocolate Breakfast would also be nice to have more fresh fruit. (Only bananas and some rather sad honeydew melon were available). Also would like some better lighting in the room , as in lamps. One side of the room had no light to speak of.

The hotel is very nice! Clean, nice looking, comfortable. Bed and linens clean and comfortable. Well done! The surprising part is the courtyard. Big outdoor fire pit, splash pad, large chess game, seating and a wonderful raised bed garden! Brad is the greatest gardener and socializer. We will definitely stay again when in the area and will tell our friends too!

The only thing that I could mention is that there were two doors to our room, an outside door going out to an outside hall and an inside door. The outside door was not very insulated and there was light shining through the cracks and the wind was blowing through on the blustery day we were there.

We booked on the road unfortunately the wifi system was down so reservation was not confirmed at the hotel itself. We got a confirmation from Booking.com so there was some confusion. We were given a very nice room close to the handicap parking which made it easy to get to our room. The grounds are very nice and the firepit and patio lights were a nice touch.

Having 2 Best Westerns so close together was confusing! On our out going trip I booked at the older Best Western which was disappointing.

The Location is great for access to the Shakespeare festival. The breakfast was a little disappointing, no baked goods, but it was alright. We missed the swimming pool, but we really like the "new" (since we were last there) landscaping all the way around, and the garden with the firepit has a nice feel to it. The lobby has changed but it is still very comfortable and welcoming. Yleana cleaned our room and it was always done very nicely, always finished when we returned each afternoon from our activities and fresh for us to get ready for the plays (Shakespeare) each night. I really appreciate fresh towels every day.

Breakfast was okay, but not a lot of selection. Maybe that was partly due to ongoing covid restrictions.

Super nice place, great exterior and comfy rooms . It’s very close to anything in cedar city , right close to the Main Street .

Price is above what I thought should be, But I think it’s a country wide phenomena - it’s almost impossible anymore to find anything decent for 100 dollars in summer

The location is excellent. A ten minute walk to the Shakespeare Festival so no parking issues. The beds were very comfortable and the room quiet.

The shower was very wimpy. The breakfast only average and service stopped at 9:30 which after a late night at the theatre meant rushing in the morning to get to breakfast.

Friendly staff, good facilities, comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of pillows, good fridge and freezer.

The towel rack is above the toilet. The room had 1 king bed and a lot of open space, which was good, but it might have been nice to have a couch or other seating possibilities along the wall. The resolution of the TV was no better than my laptop. I could have done without the arm rests on the desk chair.

Things were clean and well kept up, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The main thing that I disliked was when the gardener was blowing the debris off the walkway. He blew all past our door, some debris blew under our door onto the carpet. The leaf blower exhaust made the room smell as the exhaust fumes leaked in.

We loved staying here! The room was clean and fresh. We had fresh linens and towels, our pillows were fresh from the laundry, and the room smelled like the carpet had just been shampooed. It was very clean! We had a corner room, so it was quiet and we enjoyed the view from our patio into the garden. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast the next morning, which was delicious, and served perfectly hot. Over all, beautiful room, wonderful stay!

We have nothing negative to say about our stay.

Breakfast offerings and variety were very good. Eggs and waffle maker were much superior to other hotels providing similar breakfast options.

Could have used a few more hangers in closet and additional hooks or racks for used towels/washcloths.
