SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cedar City

The breakfast was very good. The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and professional. The location was handy in relation to the Shakespeare Festival and state and national parks. It was very family friendly and quiet.

It would be good to have more exercise equipment. However if you are outdoors there is plenty of physical activities to participate in with your group throughout the immediate areas.

Breakfast is better than other 3-star chain hotels. Large room with a chair and a sofa so both of us can sit. Room is quiet and comfortable.

When we arrived is was completely dark but the entrance sign and the external lights were not on. I have to back up a little on the street to find my way into the driveway and then unload in the dark. It might be a timer setting issue since the lights were on later.

Very nice, modern, comfortable, and convenient hotel. Easy to find, great location with quick access to Cedar City which is a little treasure well worth discovering. Very convenient for Cedar Breaks, which is a marvel in a state full of marvels. Great choice at breakfast, the best part of which was the lady in charge who was so happy and cheerful it set you up for the day.

breakfast was lovely...nice to have the breakfast back after the COVID. I do miss the prepared potatoes and egg dishes of the past.

In a time of a pandemic, the breakfast was modified to 4 meal choices. The staff gave you your food choice. Then, you had an option of eating downstairs or in your room. The downstairs seating area was pretty empty. Their were signs everywhere reminding guests to wear masks. I felt pretty safe and secure in this hotel. They had shields by the front desk. The location is perfect for any traveler going on I15. It is a easy on and off to get to this hotel. It's right off of main street and very close to downtown and stores. It's a perfect location for a quick trip to Cedar City.

During these pandemic times, we had to ask for our room to be serviced by housekeeping. This had been happening before the pandemic hit, so you just have to remember if you are staying for a short visit make sure you let front desk know that you want your trash collected. Other than this minor inconvenience, it was a very good stay.

We enjoyed our stay as it was a newer hotel, convenient and had a restaurant and bar which added to the convenience.

There was a bad smell in the room as if the carpets had been spilled on and needed cleaning

The staff was great. Accommodations were also great.

Shower head sprayed into your face, unless one was 6' tall it was hard to adjust. Remote for the tv did not work. Breakfast was plentiful but mostly flavorless. And the croissants were hard right from the plate.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and clean. Pool was nice the supplied towels for the pool was a great perk

Their tv subscription service is crap. They have Direct tv and use the tv remote instead of a Direct tv remote. Wasn’t able to channel surf, no access to a guide.

It was good. The desk clerks were very kind and helpful.

I wish the desk clerk would have told me that there was a back entrance. I believe I asked if there were a back entrance and she said no. It would have been much easier to enter from the back when we checked in.

it was very clean and modern. The staff was very helpful. It was very good value. 

we enjoyed the property. Did not have any negative concerns.
