It was a classic Hampton Inn room. The price was right, & we knew we could depend on Hampton Inn to be clean & safe. The property hasn’t been updated in a long time, but that was ok with us.
The beds were uncomfortable after 3-4 nights, the carpet had a stain in the stairwell, & a drawer in our room could never stay shut. We joked that we had a ghost in our room.

Needed a room along the highway, not alot of choices...desk clerk was helpful on the phone, suggested booking online because he only had 2 rooms left. I had booking.com app on my phone so it was easy-peasy! Friendly desk clerk, room was small but clean and quiet. Not there but for about 8 hours.

the staff was so friendly and helpful on checking in. explaining everything we might need to know, ie., the pool, the breakfast hours, where we should park the car for safety, and conveniences available. great internet connection too.

We liked the location - near restaurants and shopping area.
There was 2 days the room was not cleaned-one day we asked if they would come back later. We had to go to the front desk and asked for some clean towels. I assume it was because of Covid-19,but some of the breakfast items were stale.

No fridge or microwave, bathroom was fine but could be updated, kind of a narrow check-in area at front desk could make social distancing difficult if many people are in line.

Breakfast sandwiches were a winner. Maybe add fruit. Otherwise good breakfast Carpeting in hallways extremely soiled and spotted. Bad impression!
