Hyatt Place Salt Lake City/Lehi

The views, the location, the staff at the front desk when we arrived was awesome. The bed was comfortable and the choice of breakfast items was great. I felt the eggs were cold when I got them but they were okay. Overall, an A from us!

The restaurant right next to it is one I would not recommend to your guests. I think it's called Strap Tank. The food was just okay for the price. Our waitress was actually amazing but the girls at the front counter were not. For the price, go elsewhere.

HAMBURGER AN RESTRAUNT FOOD

The breakfast exceeded my expectations!!! There were so many options and I especially loved the french toast and creamy oatmeal with honey and fruit!!!! The oat milk was delicious as well! The bed was the best I've slept in. I took a picture of the tag so I can buy one for my husband and I.

Nice clean facility, well taken care of and overall good stay, nice location, close to plaza with different dinner options.

Close to plaza means that you're close to street where street racers take their spins. Might get a little noisy in the late night, but that's not the property issue, but thing to consider.

We always stay at this location when we are in the area. It is close to shopping and activities. The hotel itself is clean and staff is friendly. The breakfast options work for all in our party. We love the pool and firepit and were happy to have time to enjoy it on our last visit.

I loved how accommodating they were when I requested an early check in because I was filming an event earlier and needed a place to safely store my gear!

Good breakfast, but rather crowded at times. Loved the berries! The pool broke down when we were there, but it was eventually fixed.

Wish the hotel had had a nightlight-leaving the lights on in the bathroom is WAY too bright (glass door). Hairdryer overheated and kept tripping the plug.

The fridge only sort of worked but wasn't a problem. And they were on it right away.

The location of this hotel is amazing! It's close to food, shopping and the freeway. The breakfast has gotten better (I know covid changed a lot) and it was nice to have a better breakfast and the individually wrapped items as well. I love how much space this room has with it's seating area and it was clean.

The temp/air took a while to start kicking in and cooling the room down. The room could have been more quiet.

We liked how quiet and spacious the room was. We also liked how clean and organized everything was.

The lights in our room weren’t working correctly. The hot tub was not very hot. We ordered burgers at the restaurant and they weren’t cooked all the way through, which was disappointing, however we were too tired to ask them to be redone.
