SpringHill Suites Lehi at Thanksgiving Point

The location was great! The air conditioning was awesome! Very clean and the staff was very friendly.

-more outlets -more rooms with two queen beds. Double beds are really small. -the shower needs a corner guard so water doesn't get all over the floor....or just take the tub out and do just a shower. -TV is in a weird place and the room layout is a bit awkward. -The pool had so much chlorine in the air that I couldn't stay and watch my kids swim. I had to keep going outside just so my eyes would stop watering. It was nearly impossible to keep them open in that room.

Beautiful and modern building inside 'n out. Beautiful brand new-like room.

Breakfast. Way too few seating options, no possibility of eating outside even though the place has a great teracce. (It has chairs and tables but not suitable for eating). Only one staff member was present for the breakfast, so the guests had to wait for everything. Even though the room was basically brand new, we unmistakably felt cigarette smoke upon entering every time. Maybe only because the room number was 420 - not sure. :)

The breakfast was good and plentiful, with sausages and scrambled eggs plus pastries, milk, fresh fruit, juices, and coffee. The location was perfect for exploring the activities at Thanksgiving Point (their Luminaria during the Christmas season is incredible!). The bed matched my back's needs perfectly!

They were obviously shorthanded in housekeeping. The worst of it was the trash receptacles in the hallways weren't emptied as frequently as normal. Nonemergency requests for housekeeping needed to be made a day in advance. The desk area needed a lamp; it was in the darkest corner of the room.

Large room, clean. Breakfast was comparatively good. Nice terrace on backside of the hotel which one can enjoy in the evening. Close to Thanksgiving Point attractions.

Completely unresponsive via Booking.com message system. Had to call Booking.com to make a change of the reservation.

The size and cleanliness of the room.

There was no guest service transportation. I took my car in for service at Ken Garff Jaguar and Land Rover and I needed a ride over to get my car and the hotel couldn't help me with a ride over.

The location to access Thanksgiving Point couldn't be any better or closer (it's on the Thanksgiving Point campus). It was a quick drive to the nearby Outlets, and a short drive to visit family in Provo. I'd stay here again. The breakfast was sufficient to start the day with some basic foods to choose from: oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, hard boiled eggs, oranges, juice, muffins.

There was just a little noise from the hallways sometimes, nothing major.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel was clean. The room was just right for my family of 5. It's nice not having to get 2 rooms.

It seems like every time I have gone to one of the affiliated hotels, the spa has something broken on them

Helpful staff. Comfortable bed & pillows.

Breakfast started & ended too early and had too many high sugar products & too few high protein & high fiber products.

Just about everything! Staff was great and breakfast was really good!

We got back to our room about 9:30pm and nothing would work on the TV the internet connection didn't work at all. My kids need like music or something to fall 😴 asleep. So that was a bummer.w

Nicely located close to all the activities we planned.

Limited breakfast possibly due to COVID concerns. Was passable but not superb. Internet access was quite slow and so it was difficult to sign on to YoyTube etc. Not a deal breaker but mildly concerning.
