Staybridge Suites - Lehi - Traverse Ridge Center, an IHG Hotel

Check in was easy. They accommodated my request for a bathtub without a problem. Breakfast was outstanding and fresh. I also requested a late checkout, and I had no problem checking out at noon with no additional charges. The staff was quite friendly, and professional. This is my second stay at this property, I was quite pleased and may plan in the future to stay here again.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The location was awesome and the pricing was really great. Our room was very nice and spacious. I liked that both TVs in the suite had chromecasts and that the kitchen has most necessary things for cooking. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and the way that it was handled, the buffet area is blocked off and a staff member serves the food.

The staff was not good at wearing masks in general or taking covid seriously. The two front desk workers the day we arrived had masks on but left them under their chins doing nothing. Some of the cleaning staff wore masks but in general they did not, many times I saw groups of cleaning staff or the laundry staff with not a single worker wearing a mask. There are signs posted everywhere that say guests must wear masks, but it’s not enforced at all

Great hotel that I found by chance. It was within a few miles where I needed to be. Staff was courteous and the hotel seemed new. They were having a social hour serving food and drinks. Nice touch. The full kitchen would've been perfect had I been staying longer than 1 night. They were running a price special as well, which only added value. Great experience overall.

The weather could've been sunny with clear skies.

Breakfast was great and food was kept stocked up. The room was very nice.

The cleanliness could have been a bit better but not entirely the hotels fault. The kitchenette counters were not cleaned, there was still a mess from a coffee cup and when I had to get down in the floor searching for something one of my children lost, I could distinctly smell urine in the carpet but I'm sure the staff was unaware.

It was beautiful. The suite was fantastic. Bed was so comfortable and the sofa was nice and firm. The staff was extremely polite and courteous.

Only wish Voc was the breakfast had some type of potato to go with the eggs and bacon, but this was minor compared to how great everything else was.

We booked an accessibility room, but there was not one when we checked in. However, they brought a chair for the shower which worked just fine. A couple of times, we had to wait for someone at the front desk.

my young child complained that they don’t serve cookies at night like many other staybridge hotels . he sure wrote a complaint and staff was kind enough to say they would pass his complain about cookies to the boss. 😊

The comfort of a separate living space, closed off from the bedroom was perfect for putting small family members to bed early The kitchen was very convenient with enough serviceware, not just the number of dishes/silverware for the number of guests.

Perfect for what we needed & wanted. The pool was really clean but a bit too sunny during the day in summer.

Everything was great. Our daughter had booked an accessibility room. There wasn’t a room available when we checked in, but they brought her a chair for the shower, so it was all good.n

All of the staff were so friendly and easy to communicate with, I felt very much at home as soon as we arrived. The room was exceptionally clean and comfy. My busy and stressful work trip quickly started to feel like more of a vacation simply because of the hotel environment.
