Hampton Inn Lehi-Thanksgiving Point

Great location, nice breakfast, linens smelled clean, plenty of shower gel/shampoo/conditioner in the full size bottles, friendly staff, pretty comfortable beds.

There was old gum on the carpet (use Googone to remove), there was liquid seeping out from the base of the toilet, the shower knob didn’t fully stop the water from coming out through the tub spout, and we never had anyone come make beds/tidy up while we were there.

This hotel is near perfect and I rate it A+ - Very large, luxurious room with a nice view of the mountains to the East, wonderfully comfortable bed and fluffy pillows, nice seating area, large bathroom with large walk-in shower and a great breakfast buffet in the morning!

Minor thing was that the lavatory drained very slowly and the area was dead (all restaurants closed) but it was a Sunday night.

Great location and price. Easy to check in and out with the app. Breakfast was the same over 5 days and was okay. Free parking nice. Good AC in the room.

Room smelled slightly moldy and toilet paper roll starting to fall away from the wall. Clean but you can tell it's an older hotel. Laundry started 30 minute wash and 30 dry was very inaccurate and it took us over 2 hrs to dry clothes which is inconvenient when traveling

The room was very nice and clean. Bed is super comfortable. Did not hear people in other rooms so it was very quiet at night. AC kept the room nice and cool. Bathroom and shower were very nice as well. Really liked the desk and lounge chair as places to put things. Hidden closet behind the mirror was cool too. Lots of outlets with USB for charging devices. Would definitely stay here again. Also, front desk staff were great.

The breakfast was ok considering covid, but would have liked more fresh fruit options. There was no TV remote in the room and front desk provided one, but it was not programmed to the TV, slightly inconvenient but not terrible. Only used the TV at night.

The beds were very comfortable! My husband was in an accident & struggles to find a comfortable bed, but the beds here were good for him. The staff were wonderful, housekeeping had a super sweet lady that works for them. The breakfast were VERY good! I would certainly stay here again!

The pool had to much chlorine.

Excellent service from the staff, the initial room we were placed in wreaked of cigarette smoke and whatever was used to take the smoke smell out of the room. Upon notifying the front staff, they immediately placed us in a different room and were very accommodating.

Some of the rooms are starting to show the age of the hotel, it isn't horrible or anything but it is noticeable, mainly in the bathroom. Since there is no window or fan pulling out the steam from the shower, the walls are peeling somewhat and the baseboards are a bit warped.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway. The room was quiet, comfortable, and very clean. We enjoyed the better-than-average hot breakfast which had friendly staff. The front desk staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful.

The hotel was convenient, clean, and pleasant. The room was very comfortable, especially the beds. My daughter and I really enjoyed the breakfast.

No one on staff was wearing masks at any time. I did not feel comfortable requesting housekeeping under these circumstances. Four days is a long time to go without housekeeping.

I love the location, the staff were awesome and the room was great.

I wish the pool was open both days we were there. Also I would have liked a better selection of fruit and nut creamers in the kitchen. Cooler wall mount control was in need of being updated / replaced.

Good location where I needed a hotel. The check-in and check-out personnel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of food, including hot foods. The room had a microwave oven, refrigerator, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of room.

The heating unit started blowing cold air after heating, but I forgot to report it.
