Hampton Inn & Suites Spanish Fork, Ut

It was located in a place that had access to the freeway. If I had stayed a few days, it would have been nice to go to a movie, shop in stores nearby, or have a meal. The breakfast selections were great. The staff was quick to respond or replace items that were depleted. All the food was of high quality like the orange juice, milk, and waffles. That it was available until 10 o'clock was awesome. I had a late night and was able to sleep a little longer.

We sat down at a table that had syrup on it. A little cleanup in the dining area would be nice. But I realize that some guests leave messes or dishes and utensils behind. All in all, it was a wonderful option to have breakfast available.

The hotel is modern, clean, well thought out and oozes newness in every form. The color scheme is pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. The place is inviting from the front door. Staff was helpful, friendly, cleaned well, and exceeded expectations.

Breakfast tasted a little bit too prepackaged- I get it, Sysco delivers, you plate it- and although varied, tasted like it was highly processed. Great selection however for the family to choose from. Coffee was cold in the late morning hours...so probably they should update that a bit more often!

The changed room worked for our family and probably even better so that was nice. We enjoyed our stay. It has been really relaxing. I commend the staff that night working on Thanksgiving evening. He even offered us treats because of the slight change in our room. I just wanted a bed and my kids to have a comfortable stay within the same building with cousins that's why we booked the room. It worked out really well. Breakfast selection was great, too! The indoor pool was warm and the kids enjoyed even when technically it was freezing outside. The rooms were clean and really cool maybe because it's a new hotel. We'll be back when we get a chance!

There was a mistake or something like that with our reservation. I booked 2 queen beds but we were offered a different room - a king bed with a pull out bed. My children wanted to go upstairs to get on the elevator so they were disappointed but it was all good and got excited once we were settled in.

It was immaculate! The staff was friendly. The linens and beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Located close to stores and restaurants. Quiet and safe parking lot. We would recommend it and return again.

Our only complaint was the light from the microwave and one other tiny light bothered my sleep. We put a pillow over the microwave light. Silly, right! Not worth complaining about but since you asked! 😉

Eggs and stuff was cold everyday and there was no microwave in the breakfast area. Breakfast bacon was very thin and hard to eat. No sausage patties. The property seemed understaffed on the second shift. This seems to be common in this industry. Possibly add staff to make a bigger impact on guest services.

The hotel is new and decorated nicely. They offer an indoor pool and hot tub, which was great for our kids who needed to get some energy out. The rooms smelled so fresh and clean upon opening the door. The wonderful smell made the room feel so inviting. There are plenty of drawers to unpack your suitcase in. It was a good experience.

My wife and I had a lovely stay here. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast had a good verity that exceeded our expectations compared to other hotels we stayed in. the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

The hotel was extremely clean. Also, it had nice decor. My room was visually appealing and comfortable.

I liked the room I was given because it was very close to a side door and I could park my car close for easy access. It was a bit noisy, however, because I had a room on the back side of the hotel which is right next to the freeway. The breakfast was fine, not great. I do understand the restrictions that must apply due to COVID so the selection was limited. One other thing...the bananas were not as fresh as I would have liked...they had brown spots on them so I think that could definitely be improved.

my room had like these cup rings on the table when I first walked in and their were multiple hair on the bathtub floor from last visitor maybe. I strongly feel like those things could’ve been thoroughly handled, someone could’ve wipe the table and just wash away the hair on the bath tub floor.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was very relaxing. From the moment you walked in you could feel the cleanliness and were immediately greeted by friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend the Hampton Inn & Suites.
