Comfort Inn & Suites Tooele-Salt Lake City

The staff was friendly. The location was perfect for my visit. The rooms were clean and roomy. The room service supplied exactly what we asked for. The view from our room was beautiful.

The breakfast was decent, but not kept up. Even with large crowds, they would only put out a little bit of food and it was immediately gone. The person in charge of breakfast kept leaving the area and was not there to keep up with the demand. When you have a large crowd in the area, you can't wait until the food is gone before you start to cook more.

The room was beautiful and very roomy. The Keurig coffee maker is always a nice touch, the room had a microwave and a refrigerator. The towels were fluffy, the bed was very comfortable with high quality sheets. There was a hot breakfast not just continental.

They offer the Comfort hotel brand of coffee for the Keurig which tastes terrible. The hot breakfast part was just the business hotel standard of microwaved scrambled eggs, sausage and cubed potatoes so not really something to write home about but still better than just continental. The location is next to the highway but 10 miles away from any restaurant other than the usual fast food. The only elevator was broken when we were there and no compensation offered for the inconvenience even for folks having to trudge up to the 3rd floor.

easy parking. Very attentive staff. The morning breakfast area was very clean one well maintained. The employee named Donna was exceptional. Very polite and friendly and super attentive to her job of keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked and eager to help anyone. she took her job very seriously!

The old tortilla chip on the floor near the bed. The bed sheets were old and very thin and the mattress pad made the bed feel too warm and uncomfortable after laying on it for 30 minutes.

This was our second stop on a long road trip! This was in a nice location we were able to see the Great salt lake and the salt flats. This location was quiet.

We are a family of five and the pull out couch was a thin and uncomfortable my son ended up just sleeping on the couch itself because he could feel the springs in the pull out couch mattress.

The breakfast and pool were such a benefit fo the kids and quality time to keep that homey feel. The staff were so nice and helpful.

The beds weren't too comfortable and there were some yucky spots in the hotel that we requested to be cleaned the following morning after check in and the staff got right on, thank you so much!

Absolutely everything! The staff was amazing and was always very helpful when it was needed. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The breakfast they had was very good and delicious. They had it all cereal, bagels, muffin, eggs, coffee, juice etc. Great for the kids to eat in the morning as well with their breakfast selections. Everything was so close by. Was a very awesome stay.

Annetta at check-in was very friendly and welcoming and professional. She got us checked in in just a couple of minutes and seemed eager to serve us. She gave us a warm first impression of the hotel. This might sound strange but I liked the high-quality fixtures in the bathroom sink and shower/tub.

The staff were awesome! Everything was clean (except the fry we found on the floor) and we had a fun welcome note on our nightstand from the cleaning crew! We enjoyed the breakfast and the pool!

We found a French fry on the bedroom floor when we arrived. The pool was a little cold for our kids, but not too bad once they got used to it.

The location was out of the way for a lot of things, but that's what was nice. It wasn't overly busy, and my kids and I enjoyed the pool all to ourselves! We really liked how soft and comfortable the beds were.

The in-room air conditioner kept us awake most of the night making random clicking noises. But that was probably our fault for not turning it off.

the staff was exceptionable. i need to note Donna at breakfast was kind and very nice to everyone. Annetta, at the front desk was unbelievable...always moving around, cleaning, making sure everyone and everything was in perfect condition. also need to mention Melanie and Connor at the front desk...******** out of a 1-10 renking...if i could go 20, i would...thanks for the great time i had and looking forward to coming back .....
