after traveling thru the mountains for what seemed like hours, we booked this online motel. We were not disappointed with the motel. It was clean, comfy, and well lit. It was quiet while in room, as you could not hear traffic outside. We felt safe there. The lady working was watering the flowers as it has beautiful flower baskets.. It was decorated with lamps in each window with outdoor lights on as we pulled up. They had a beautiful swimming pool of which was decorated with teal umbrellas and teal beach towels. The room was older, but the room came with remote in a bag, soap in the shower on the wall, basket for used towels, and 2 chairs with table for having a meal. The had matching chairs outside your room to sit outside. You could tell this family thought of everything. Breakfast was nice.

There was nothing not to like about this friendly family owed motel

The motel offers Americana motor lodge charm with modernized features. All the staff were extremely welcoming and personable. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location is excellent.

The bathroom sink is small to make good use of the limited space in the bathroom. However, taller guests will have trouble getting down to the basin (for washing your face, for example) due to the corner medicine cabinet that overhangs the sink. The mattresses are fine, though on the soft side (less supportive than I prefer).

The location was great… And was able to have the dog because we take him everywhere with us thank you so much… Breakfast I wasn’t very happy with I’d rather so I’m more healthier Food… The pool was clean and very nice We appreciated that … The beds were very comfortable the pillows were awesome… Very clean appreciate that… The body soap smell really great wake you up in the morning that was awesome… Very friendly people… Our dog Mr. spirit enjoyed all the treats he got … Thank you The Walker

Beds were very comfortable, shower was newly tiled with stone look large tiles, tv had most of the channels that we like Food Network, Fox News, no commercial free channels we could find to watch a movie with out every 15 minute interruptions. Pool looked nice but it's right next to the road so not much privacy when you're not wearing much.

The floors in the main room at least in the one room we stayed in are not solid when you walk on parts of it near the door. And, it's carpeted so not sure exactly what's wrong with it. Carpet probably needs to be torn up an repairs made to fix it? Right across the street is a muffler repair shop so if you're staying there that could be loud in the morning if you're trying to sleep in?

Property was as described and easy to find. It was a convenient location. It was cozy and comfy with all the amenities we needed. The room was very spacious. Room and bathroom were also very clean. Staff was super nice and helpful with information about the area. We enjoyed our stay and would reserve again.

Spotless, immculate , comfortable bed, Well kept grounds and pool clean as a whistle. Short drive or even walk to the enter of the village with great shops and restaurants. Bennington pottery is a favorite. Barrbara

Every detail for perfect from the clean, comfortable room to the pool. Lovely breakfast, and family lounge with the TV morning news Loved the breakfast home made muffings. 10 stars and +++

The room was comfortable and quiet and many thoughtful amenities were included. Everything was exceptionally clean! Reception was very friendly and the check out process simply consisted of leaving the key in the room which was convenient.

The bed pillows could have been more comfortable although extra blankets were provided.

The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. It was an excellent value. It had been a while since I had stayed in a motel. In these pandemic times having direct entry the room make sense.

Small complaint. The television was oddly situated so that it could not be viewed while lying on the bed.

I NEVER right reviews. This place was excellent though. We are always looking for a local place to stay on our way from PA to Vermont you ski. This is a perfect stop. It’s been updated, exceptionally clean and reasonably priced. The small town is also has great restaurants, a brewery and local shops!
