The staff was delightful, friendly, generous! Dinner in the dining room was lovely, great wine, great cocktails - food was fresh and yummy! Parking was easy a 20foot walk to the front door! The coffee/tea/water station on each floor was divine! I could choose a dark coffee and add fresh 2/% milk to it along with splenda, my sweetheart got his decaf light coffee, along with endless chilled or sparkling or ambient fresh water! Best idea ever!!

There was nothing we did not like!

Quiet, luxurious, beautifully appointed rooms. Exceptional bathroom fixtures and exceptionally comfortable bed. Great food and service in the dining room at night. Coffee, sparkling water, ice & tea bar on every floor accessible day and night. The hotel is in a prime location—sequestered yet within easy walking distance of shops and eateries lining the Main Street of this picturesque college town. And the Clark Art Institute with its truly remarkable collections and graceful outdoor space and lawns is about a 10 minute walk away.

The breakfast wrap (eggs with bacon or sausage + cheese) encased in aluminum foil— for pick up from a hot table ‘grab & go’ style, the only breakfast offering, was flat out awful because the wrap was several layers thick, gooey from condensation with an off taste. The filling was greasy, runny and tasted nothing like eggs & bacon. The whole thing if eaten would be about 1000 calories. What to do: fire the vendor.

Perfect location to visit Williams. Beautiful building and nice spacious rooms. The common area downstairs has nice places to sit, read a book and be near the fireplace. Grab and go breakfast was decent and dinner at the on site restaurant was very nice. Access to coffee and tea on each floor is nice. Overall really nice place, would only want to stay here if I'm in the area again.

Breakfast was a little late. I was expecting 7 am but that's my personal struggle having a young child. The bathrooms are not sound proof at all, that's one improvement I would look into.

The inn was lovely, and is truly the Berkshires lodging experience I have sought for years for our fall pumpkin patch trip. The decor is homey yet refreshing and the landscaping was beautiful. You could open the window in the room for fresh fall air! The location was great with easy parking, and a quick walk to a coffee shop and other stores.

Due to covid restrictions, the floor coffee stations and the restaurant had limited availability and served dinner only. Coffee was available at the front desk but not until 7am. The fitness facilities were not open. There was no option for room trash removal, and with no other place to eat, things got a bit messy.

I LOVE the style of the place. It's a barn style design but all new, extremely clean and spacious. Extremely consistent style and not too cluttered. Staff was exceptionally accommodating. The Restaurant is very, very good as well. This might be my favorite Hotel in the US so far. It comes closer to my favorites in Austria. Very fairly priced for all it has to offer.

Nothing!

The Inn is so charming and the bucolic setting just adds to the charm of the whole experience. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay. I look forward to staying there on our next visit.

It would be nice if a coffee service could be available in the mornings, in case guests do not want to have a full sit-down breakfast.

Loved the location near the town center, walking distance to most places we wanted to go, the welcoming lobby, the comfortable rooms, the helpful staff, especially Matt (I think that us his name) who helped locate an item I left behind.

To pay for bottled water…there was none in our room…was disconcerting given the cost of the room. The restaurant was not open for breakfast. The gas-powered lawn mower was exceedingly loud, not to mention bad for the environment. Surely there is a company that uses electric mowers in Williamstown.

Loved hanging out in the lobby with a drink after dinner. Played games situated around tables sitting on comfy sofas and chairs. Loved the coffee/water bars on each floor. The Barn dinner was delicious. Great to have restaurant attached to the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helped us feel safe by following distancing protocols. I stayed with my 11 y/o daughter. She enjoyed it just as much as I did. The bedding and mattresses were incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed the little art gallery in the space by the conference rooms and enjoyed the sitting areas on the ground floor/ the lobby /halls on the way to the Barn. The complimentary muffins they gave us each morning were delicious but the real treat was the menu and the incredible staff at The Barn! We tried to bring friends to dinner there after our visit and were very disappointed they were booked full. Recommend getting a reservation well in advance.

Would have liked to know what kind of view I would be getting when booking the room. I would have liked the option not to have the view of the parking lot. Also did not realize the Inn was part of the Williams College campus- so it would be good to tell people this when booking

The staff were helpful, the Inn was attractive and clean. Parking was convenient, though there was initially no posting of the fact of an alternate lot across the street, so I had to go in and ask. Room was smallish, with no seating area.

Disappointing, as the former Williams Inn provided a great buffet breakfast. The current offer of a muffin (a good muffin) seemed meager by comparison. Then again, it was better than nothing. Overall price was high, considering the quality.
