Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Williamstown

The room super exceed our expectations!! So cozy and comfortable!! The breakfast has plenty of options and were always hot! The location has an Amazing scenery of mountains!

We were a little disappointed when there were no clean body towels for showering. We called right away and was told they were in the dryer and would be brought to us. They never came so we had to call the next morning to remind the front desk. After the second call they were brought promptly.

I don't expect much with covid right now...so I am totally understanding about certain things being unavailable. Such as the bar, fireplace, etc. I hope to stay again some time when those are open again, it would have been really nice. The front desk staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable as well as the bed being very comfy. I was happy there were many outlets and I liked the charging station at the phone.

My only complaint is that there was waaaaay to many chemicals in the hot tub. I have asthma and once the bubbles were turned on it was unbearable and I had to take my inhaler. Maybe put a warning sign up.

Conveniently located and breakfast was good!

We ran out of tp - the two rolls in the room when we checked in had like 5 squares each & should have been replaced before we got there. One of the three towels in the room had lipstick on it & not from us 🤢

Breakfast was basic & OK. Location was good for visiting Williamstown.

Signage. No sign for elevator. Maid service was on alternate days; Understand because of short staff, but should have told us in advance.

Breakfast choices the usual basics but everything fresh and replenished when getting low. Reception desk staff courteous and helpful.

A musical group started rehearsing in a room above and over one or two spaces which, if they had continued, would have been a problem, but they did not. Rooms not entirely soundproof so if this is important to you ask for a quiet room, maybe end of corridor or top floor.

Well designed rooms..,lots of hooks, great beds, pillows were exceptional. Interesting window shades, looked like we were in the tree tops.

There was room for a chair but we didn’t have one.

Location is great and facility is in pretty good shape.

The window in my room was leaking and a light continuously blinking. The carpets in the hall need some attention as well as the elevator.

Rooms are very nice. Bed extremely comfortable. Whole place very clean. Plenty of good parking. Great location.

Breakfast was rough. Skipped after a few bites and tried local cafe.

Very clean facility. Nice breakfast area with good food. Very Comfortable room. Could have used another chair in the room.

Additional seating in the room would be nice. One more armchair.

The room has enough lights. The bed is cozy and the sofa is good. The private restroom is not small. The location is great. There is breakfast available in the morning.

I expected the room to be bigger in a rural area.
