good value, good location, nice clean spacious room!

these are not reasons to not go, but would improve the facility in my opinion. 1) not one usb outlet in the room 2) nowhere could I find the wi-fi password in the room, so I had to go downstairs and fortunately the gentlemen was there 3) I may not be the most tech savvy person on the planet. but I am reasonably ok! for the life of me I could not figure out how to watch TV! the ROKU remote was impossible for me, and the other remote did nothing I could figure out! I WOULD re visit this place, but some simple updates could help improve the experience.

1) Sofa bed already had sheets and blanket (I only had to unfold it) 2) Roku television allowed pausing of programs 3) Fireplace in-room 4) Extremely quiet location 5) Extra blankets provided on request 6) Manager made sure room was dry before arrival on a rainy night 7) On nonbusy nights and mornings, the hotel manager is helpful with soliciting and providing beverages 8) Manager upgraded room and provided bottled water (because there were no other guests that evening)

A) Didn't seem to have hair dryer in bathroom B) Seemed to lack iron & ironing board

We had a last minute opportunity to get away for a night and found this property. The room was very nice and the proprietor was friendly and accommodating. The Sawmill restaurant across the street was an excellent choice for dinner and they were having a music festival which was fantastic.

Everything turned out great, but be aware that the property is under new management and not yet operating as a full service Bed and Breakfast, it’s room rental only for now. This was not an issue for us but was a bit confusing after reading the reviews for when this was the Deerfield Valley Inn under the previous owners.

The location was great and the inn was lovely and quaint. The owner of the inn was so nice. He greeted us at the door, offered to bring our bags inside and gave us an overview of the property and area. We asked for dinner recommendation and he was quick to share some of his favorite places. After dinner we were invited into the main area to visit. We hd such a lovely time.

A minor detail was the room we were in was small, which was not bad, but there was a bit too much furniture in the space. We could hardly move around the room. Also, a blow dryer in the bathroom would have been nice.

The inn was very homie. The owner was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. They even made us a home cooked breakfast and had coffee/tea available in the mornings. The room/bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for us and there were late night food options available around town when needed. Definitely recommend this quaint, classic Vermont Inn.

The location was great. Quaint, historic Vermont town near Mt. Snow. The proprietor (Oguz) was very attentive and committed. Beautiful location. We enjoyed drinks at the Tavern 1846 in West Dover and dinner at the Anchor in Wilmington. Be sure to visit the covered bridges in Bennington too.

Everything was lovely. There was nothing I didn't like.

This was a home away from home! The host, Oz, is so kind and accomodating. He had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. We snuggled up in front of the fire and had hot chocolate on a chilly evening. Our dog was so welcome too!

It isn't a bed and breakfast, which we knew beforehand, but don't get your hopes up for food!

This is a lovely antique style inn! Oguz, the owner was really helpful and accommodating- even gave us a free room upgrade when he saw the amount of luggage we were traveling with. The room we stayed in was big, had a very comfortable bed and a nice en-suite bath and shower. The common areas are comfortable too. Onsite free parking. This is a good option for people looking for a base to explore the area. Would definitely stay here again.

it is small and quaint. Very home like. The owner is friendly and cares very much about his guests.

It would be wonderful if they offer a light breakfast menu someday. However, Coffee and tea are served in the morning which was greatly appreciated!

Very cozy inn directly on Route 100, the fireplace in the room was amazing, we got fresh coffee in the morning and the other guests and the owner were very nice - we had a few great chats!

Room was a bit dark, but the fireplace made up for that!
