Very clean and had good rules in place re COVID. Mask wearing for vaccinated and unvaccinated in building, sanitized rooms (it smelled clean when you entered room), and gloves to wear at breakfast.

I do not like how booking.com is not responding to my communications. Me and my family needed to leave a day early. The hotel was completely agreeable and said that I needed to contact booking.com. My understanding from them was that booking.com would confirm the length of our stay with the hotel, and our credit card would be reimbursed. So far--you (booking.com) have not responded to my attempts to reach out. I've told my husband that we would not work again with your company, if we do not hear back from you.

The staff had very friendly service and the beds were comfortable.

The location because of not much of establishments in the area and the ones there all closed at an early time. Also the lobby and area where breakfast was served was being renovated with new sheetrock and there was alot of dust from the sanding done on the walls .

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were super friendly and very helpful.

unfortunately the pool and hot tub were terribly dirty. I’m almost certain my daughter and her friend contracted norro virus from swimming. My daughter got violently ill 24 hours after being in the pool and that was also the only time she didn’t wear a mask. It looked like maybe they were short staffed and the pool cleaning was overlooked,other then the pool the hotel was very clean.

Heather Duke the MOD was great. She was there at check in and when I asked her to have rooms close together she was very kind and made sure we were next to each other. Upon check out early in morning she was there again with a kind smile. Thank you for the excellent service Heather

The location fit our needs. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast area was too small, the waffles were rubbery, food was only Luke warm. There were dirty towels in the elevator area. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. There was no one at the front desk on arrival or checkout.

At my arrived there was no customer service staff at counter, I called by phone to customer service and not answer. Wait around 12 minutes until someone came. Just to be informed that hotel was short of staff....

The breakfast was great. Would have liked more selection of bagels and peanut butter as a spread for bagels. Great selections but no oatmeal.

It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean and in good order; everything seems to be well-maintained.

Internet service was sketchy. I had to keep reconnecting and was constantly getting certificate errors. Not a good place to work from if you’re a road warrior. Other things were just a nuisance due to Covid; swimming pool and spa area was closed, very limited breakfast (especially on weekends), etc.

Great breakfast included. The pool and jacuzzi were not treated with chlorine but a natural alternative. The place was really clean and the staff went out of their way to help.

The location was super convenient, the hotel was very nice, and the breakfast was delicious! We had a great time.
