Comfort Inn & Suites Brattleboro I-91

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary chicken noodle soup when we arrived was delicious--real soup. Breakfast was good, but with fewer options than some hotel complimentary breakfasts. Room was very clean and comfortable. Beds were great.

Breakfast and lobby area combined was a small and felt crowded. There was no covered arrival platform where one could drive-up and unload. Room was smaller than I expected from a Comfort SUITES. I recently stayed in another Comfort Suites where the room felt more expansive. In our Brattleboro room it was actually difficult for two persons to pass each between the foot and the beds and the furniture.

I thought the price was a little high but the breakfast with the hot options was great. Just wish it wasn't all sausage for the meat as half my family doesn't eat sausage. Other than that there were many options which was very nice. The coffee, juice, water and cookies all day were great. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean room is my first thing when booking and room was clean on arrival.

Breakfast sandwiches were sausage on croissant or sausage on english muffin. Hot plate was sausage patties and omelet . Canadian bacon, ham, or bacon would have been great on at least one of the sandwiches.

Large room, comfortable bed. We were given a disability access room which we didn’t book or request but the walk-in shower was great.

Lots of highway noise. Our room was on the end of the building—not sure if that was the reason and other rooms might be quieter? The room we were in had no vanity space around the sink and no towel racks—perhaps both would have existed in another type of bathroom. Price was quite a bit higher than other Comfort Inns we’ve stayed at.

The staff was very nice and professional. It was overall very clean and it is surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores and just a short drive from Brattleboro.

For the price room didn’t have refrigerator. The bathroom had broken tiles and the shower curtain was ripped. Pool didn’t work at that weekend. And breakfast options were little. I think there were supposed to be eggs and bacon or so but we got to breakfast at 7.30 and everything was gone and wasn’t replaced. The egg and cheese sandwiches were unfortunately frozen but other than that the breakfast filled you up and was ok.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Gave us the option of a room choice with the same bed size. Didn't charge us the security fee like most hotels (BONUS) since we have been traveling the New England states and everyday or so has been a different state and hotel and $100 fee which takes 2-4 days to get back. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I do wish the breakfast had more option to choose from. Maybe a Omelet or some sausage but I've had worse.

Can't really complain about the hotel or staff. If anything I would clean the parking lot up.

Booked this stay for a friend of mine that was coming to town. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very convenient location to the highway, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely use them again for friends and family looking to stay here.

Front desk attendant, ARIEL, was wonderful!!! She is very pleasant, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. We’ve never been to the area before and she offered up “things to do and see” in the surrounding area of Brattleboro. It’s always nice to see a smiling face, very personable. She made the hotel.

It was a nice room, comfortable bed, and clean. One bonus was the Ninety Nine Restaurant in walking distance. Location was great for what we wanted to do. We were afraid it might be noisy with a lot of construction workers staying there also, but it was quiet.

We had the room by the elevator and could hear the signal every time the elevator arrived on our floor. Extremely annoying early in the morning.

Everyone and everything was great! We pulled in after a long rainy day on motorcycles and were warmly greeted with hot coffee dry towels and smiles! Our room was so clean and comfy. The staff all seemed to enjoy their jobs and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Katy was awesome! Best hotel on our 10 day tour!

Only wish there had been a portico to pull up under while unloading in rain.

The motel was clean inside and the staff was pleasant. Your night Desk Clerk Chris Moses was extremely nice and helpful during our entire stay.

The parking lot and shrubs were in terrible and nasty condition. There was at least a thousand (1,000) cigarette butts all over the parking lot and there were weeds throughout the development.
