Quality Inn Danville - University Area

I must say after reading the on line reviews I was a little nervous about checking in to your hotel. However after checking in the front desk clerk Joshua he was outstanding and super courteous, I had to stop him from calling me "sir". His hospitality was amazing.

The room wasn't detailed. There was dirt and crumbs in the corners and under the fridge. However it wasn't life changing. I would've given a five but because of the room it fell to a four.

Was very nice and clean inside and outside.Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom was nice and clean with fantastic water pressure. If I was in the area again. I would stay again. Staff were also very very nice!! No problem at all parking with a trailer. Thank you!

Bathroom sink was a bit slow to go down

I really liked the stay at the Quality inn the staff were super nice and friendly they really made us feel comfortable and welcomed. they answered all our questions. The pool and the pool area was very clean and so was the lobby area. I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff was friendly for sure I love the staff they were so sweet even let me have my pet Hamster stay with me,breakfast was good to say there was limited things due to Covid.

The housekeeper that was assign to clean the floor I was on knocked on my door when I opened it she looked at me like ok what I wanted but yet I'm like yes I even had to ask her what she need cause I even had a DND sign on my door she miss read her paper wrong telling me I was a check out but had a whole nother night to stay then knocked again to tell me she read her paper wrong after I told her I'll call front desk Hello DND here😔😔

The breakfast was tasty and plenty for everyone. I really appreciated the extra bottles of water free and always available 24/7 at the front desk. The staff, particularly the front day desk clerk, Takiya was very friendly and helpful to our family. Calvin says Hello!

Room 103 needed new smoke detector batteries. When the room got warm, the detector would beep! That was the only problem.

Breakfast was ready everyday at 6 am , the hotel location was perfect ion Riverside Drive, and the staff service was exceptional. Takia, the day manager, deserves a big thanks for going the extra mile for my family!.

We have no complaints about the hotel at all.

I had two rooms a regular room and a jacuzzi room. We absolutely loved the jacuzzi room. The size was great and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was simple but enough. We enjoyed our wedding celebration and will stay in RM# 102 again.

No coffee creamer one morning

location and price. staff was amazing

couldn’t get the ac to come on, but temperature dropped at night so it was ok.

Easy to get in and out.

Being on the third floor it took forever for the hot water to come in early in the mornings, but it eventually did.

Cleanliness

Refrigerator went out and spoiled all my food and milk. When told they never replaced it . And was supposed to give me a extra night stay. Then came in room and was trying to find anything they could use to not give free night.
