Hampton Inn Manassas

Room was good, internet was fine. Housekeeping was doing a good job. The laundry facilities were very reasonable and useful. Location of the hotel is good, as there are a number of eateries around.

Breakfast was extremely boring, similar menu and not much variety. Except for the breakfast and the noisy refrigerator in my room, everything else was fine.

The Room was comfortable with a good view from the 5th floor in the rear of the building.

When we arrived, we were assigned a room on the front second floor above the entry with absolutely no view except the backside of the entrance canopy. The Reception staff explained that the room was a "Handicapped" room. We are not handicapped. The Staff with pleasantly changed the room.

no microwave in room ( knew ahead but would be nice to have ) pool was closed for the year didn’t say anything about a security dep but when we got there they said it was $50 because of us booking with a third party

Breakfast was good, large variety of choices.

The cleaning staff entered my room twice without knocking, just walked right in. The first time I was still in bed and the second time I was in the bathroom but had luckily put the security latch on the door after the first entry.

The room was clean, staff was nice and professional, the facility is well maintained, and the location is right on.

The breakfast was limited and did not take into account costumers with strict diet. Not everyone eats pork and ham so please ensure having a decent selection of meals.

My daughters enjoyed the breakfast. I eat plant based and gluten free so I did not eat from the breakfast choices.

There was an incident with a man and police was there. That made me uncomfortable and therefore we did not extend our stay.

Breakfast was the weak spot of the service. Eggs tasted bland, sausage tasted like hot dogs. Need a better selection and include bacon. Seemed like breakfast was where you made cuts to service.

🚎business meetings should not be held in breakfast room. A tree service exec was standing in the center of breakfast room with his computer and staff. He was very loud and discussing business profits and losses and business practices with his staff. Should have gone to a conference room since the rest of us just wanted to have breakfast with family members.

Staff were very kind to my son and to me. The guest laundry was a plus!

When we first checked into our room, there was a sticky residue in the floor. Not a big deal so we didn’t mention it to the front desk.

Everything was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was beautiful, the pool was amazing, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Staff was amazing as well! I'll definitely be back!!

Breakfast was good, employees were nice and cleaning staff were friendly.

A smoking lounge with chairs etc was set up outside the Front Entrance. That was a very inappropriate way to great your guests.
