Best Western Battlefield Inn

We were concerned because of the poor reviews, but this is a motel, not a fancy hotel. For a motel it has an attentive staff (especially Melody at reception,) a large pool that you can even swim laps in (12 m), a good Indian Restaurant at the facility and we were able to send some packages that they kept for us in a special room until we arrived. The price was a bit higher than we would expect for a motel, but we were satisfied with our choice. The motel is now under new management and you can see the changes, including renovations. We will return here again.

The TV was poor quality and the door was difficult to close - part of the reasons for the renovations.

The rooms have outdoor access, so you do not need to travel through the lobby. You can go directly to the room. The rooms are large, updated. Rooms includes a half-sized fridge and microwave. Pool was closed (late Oct). Picnic tables are outside. Rooms are quiet. Staff was friendly. Rooms are large and include 1 desk, 1 chair and 1 ottoman. There's an ironing board, hanging rack, TV. The rooms are clean. The view is pleasant. The corner rooms are quite nice. Eat at My Cravingz Bakery Cafe (walking is easier than driving) or the on-site Indian.

The "hot" breakfast pizza doesn't microwave well. Please add more omelette/burrito choices. Staff could not recommend a gluten free restaurant for my sister, but I found out searching "gluten-free Manassas" yields 2 bakeries in historic area. No elevator for 2nd floor. Would help with luggage. Where is Channel guide? Lobby is small and plays loud TV. Not all staff wears masks, but most do. Could not find recycling bins.

everyone was pleasant on staff only one problem we encountered got to breakfast at 8:10 and they said no more eggs or half and half don’t know why but said something to the general manager

Large bed and shower and clean room. It was nice to have a breakfast included. The price was also good.

I didn't like the fact that the rooms weren't cleaned every day. It would have been nice to have clean towels each day.

Breakfast was great, hot food, plenty of choices, location was great for my travel needs.

needed to fix the ice machine room, it was leaking water out and down the stairs outside and there was a pool of water in the room

It’s very quiet and I’ve been staying at the Best Western property for about a week and the staff is amazing and patient and understanding when I oversleep and need to make a payment for the next day. I love it here and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who ask!!!

The only thing I didn’t like about this property is when the staff or maids knock on my door and wake me up!!!

I like that it's quiet that it's very clean and it's a very decent price you got high dollar hotels that have everything this hotel has charging way more and this hotel has everything that the upscale hotels have I was very impressed

That they send 2-3 people to u're door b4 12... I also don't like that late chk out is only 30min so 1130 smh

The rooms were beautiful! The guest Check in/out guy was nice.

I just didn’t like the noise. You could hear people taking showers and slamming the doors when they’d leave. All in all it was a very nice place and I’ll come again in the summer. And it was cold, I couldn’t find the thermostat to raise the heat.

I liked how it was clean the staff was very nice at the front desk and it was just as nice on the inside it as any other high dollar hotel

That they're late check out is at 11:30 and that they send people to your door and start calling and harassing you before 12:00

The receptionist was very professional. The room was very clean. I love the bathroom. It had two sinks, one for privacy inside the bathroom and one outside by the bathroom door. Close to eat out places.
