Red Roof Inn Richmond South

It was really close to the highway, which made getting to and back from our event really easy. Well lit parking lot, comfortable bed, microwave and fridge in room. It's across the street from a gas station and McDonald's which is very convenient. Internet was decent 7/10.

Outside noise came through a lot (people talking outside and when big trucks went by on the road). Didn't hear anything from the room beside us. Thin pillows. Water pressure in the shower was like a 2/10, but for me, it made me realize that it's better for my skin. Late night counter person was a bit cold and uncaring but did their job well.

Clean with a lil roaches

I didn’t like we didn’t get excited Keys cards I gave my husband the key. But when I went to get another key I couldn’t get a key card because my name wasn’t on room now that I know I will make sure my name is on the room, but prior to checking in the lady never once wanted to take my info even when I was telling her. My information she’s says no my information is not needed now talking about it I felt like a prostitute that is not good

The young lady at the front desk was very nice had a good personality and made everything work to the best of her ability

A lot of trash was behind the dresser and behind the lamp stands the paint was coming up in the tub a lot of urine around the toilet under the seat and down at the bottom of the bowl and the cleaning people didn't have any towels any wash clothes or any kind of linen so that we could change it out

For the most part it was clean and friendly Close to food and stores and the interstate where I could jump on when I have to go to work

Could be updated a little Better sheets and comforter

I like the fact that i95 was just right at the corner it was a quite spot.

Look I wouldn’t need to say anything bad about it at all just my only sole problem was that infestation roaches! Please please please and I mean PLEASE get an exterminator!

We had to change rooms because there was a party of a lot of young people going on next door and the music was shaking the walls. Instead of telling them to stop, we were moved to another room. The original room also had a strong disinfectant spray smell. When we finally got into another room, it was perfect and we were happy with it. But it was definitely inconvenient after a long day of travel.

The room was very clean and the complex was relatively quiet. It's directly across the street from a McDonald's and a gas station with a convenience store.

The little refrigerator barely worked. Parking filled up quick at night.

The availability of outlets for computer and phone was excellent. Basically everything one person needs for one night was available and smart. The refrigerator was fine there was no way to make coffee and no coffee served in the but in every other respect it was a perfectly fine place to stay.

It's an older Red roof inn near the highway so it is not the best Red roof inn I have ever stayed in but still fine.

Clean comfortable room, decent channel selection on the T.V, ample towels and washcloths, slept well with no disturbances although the hotel seemed to be busy with guest.

Parking is tight, as the rooms sold out quickly.

housekeeping was polite and friendly. Rooms were clean.

EVERY PERSON BEHIND THAT GLASS IN THE OFFICE CARRIED THEMSELVES LIKE THEY HATED THERE JOB AND DIDNT WANT TO BE THERE. After my last stay I don’t think I will ever stay there again.
