Boardwalk Resort and Villas

the location was everything we were right in the middle of all the action!

during my stay there was only 1 elevator working. Also I didn’t like the fact that you are pretty much forced to listen to a timeshare presentation because they charge you $40 on your card as a hold to make sure you show up. the presentation was over 2.5 hours long which was ridiculous I’m on vacation I do not want to spend my time in a presentation.

Indoor pool was great! There was a hot tub plus a spacious rest room right at the pool area. The hours available to swim are very accommodating 7am to 10 or 11pm. The fitness center is good for cardio, but plan on mostly upper body strength training.

Most of the rooms are suites, beware on each floor there is a very small "studio" available, no balcony and only a city view. It was a bit disappointing for the amount of money spent to stay at a resort.

Loved the amenities and the full kitchen and view. Staff was friendly as well. Bathtub was big and spacious and plenty of kitchen ware to cook whatever you want.

Beds. Need better beds.

Location was good. Staff could have been more present.

Some floors smelled pretty bad. Didn’t like the idea of a presentation on check out day

The staff was immaculate, the room was even better than the photos and waking up to the ocean through my balcony door was amazing. It was a beatiful place with quiet hallways and very very clean facilities. The kitchen area of my suite was fully stocked with dishes and ready to go. It really was a perfect place to stay...

My one and only gripe is that the bed in the suite that I stayed in was a full size instead of a queen or king.

The entertainment staff were awesome, especially the mgr.

First, the staff is very helpful. They checked every day by sms if we needed anything and how our stay was going. Special thanks to Marisa and Kortnee! Second, comfort and cleanliness of the room. We booked a studio but at check-in our room was upgraded to one bedroom free of charge. It was spacious and equipped with a kitchen that had everything you may need to cook a proper meal - great if you want to keep your specific diet on vacation. Third, location at the oceanfront next to the fishing pier with lots of places to eat in a walking distance. Fourth, hotel policy regarding silence at nighttime. It was very quiet. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation.

Internet is a bit slow for watching movies, but ok for any other use.

The ocean view suite with full kitchen and balcony on 11th floor was great. Spacious and wonderful view overlooking the beach, ocean and Boardwalk. Staff was friendly but not always accurate in information about a small repair that needed done in our bathroom.

One elevator Not working was a Big pain, to us and all other guests we met. Also, when we requested cleaning staff to come and sweep in our room ( we saw clear evidence of hair on floor from prior guests) it never was completed, and we had a 4 night stay. Please do more thorough cleaning . Bed mattress was not most comfortable for a hotel at that price.

It’s location, views, and how close it was to everything. The staff is absolutely amazing, they’re some of the most friendliest people ♥️

The parking was horrible, the space is to small in the parking deck

We stay here every year that we come down. So we love the location. It is close to the handicap walkway. Just overall a great location many things in walking distance.

The floors are never properly cleaned and the patio door is way too heavy for us to open. I always end up with back pain. I don’t know what can be done about that but they should really be easier to open and I couldn’t get it open from the outside. I had to bang on the window for somebody on the inside to come and open it for me.
