The Barclay Towers Hotel and Resort

The room was like a small apartment. It was surprisingly clean. The king bed was comfy. Kitchen stocked with plates and silverware. They severed breakfast. The pool was decent. I was honestly not expecting much and was very happy with this hotel.

The only thing that could have been better was the fold out couch was extremely uncomfortable. My daughter slept on the couch just as a couch instead of folded out. You could feel every spring. This worked cause she was alone but normally she brings a friend and that could have been a problem

The oceanfront location and the staff were amazing!! Extra shoutout to the staff for being so welcoming and helpful. They helped me find certain things around town that I needed access to and were very responsive with request for extra towels.

The property feels a bit rough around the edges - like it needs a little makeover. Chipped paint, weird smells in the room, hallway and elevator, and a sofa bed that you can’t really sleep on because the mattress is so uncomfortable. But the accommodations weren’t so bad that I wouldn’t come back again - especially because the staff is so great!

The resort was under construction. It was a little unpleasant but other then that. The overall property was fair.

THE VIEW! Waking up to the view was out of this world being able to see the dolphins every morning was absolutely incredible.

Loved the separate room overlooking the ocean (balcony) with the kitchen / living room area... then the bedroom in back Bathroom was spacious and shower great

Street My husband is handicap, but don't matter it's who ever gets there first is what we were told and of course there was no parking in front so we had to park across the street in parking garage, and my husband had a very hard time with the the walk.she

The location was close to many attractions. We were actually able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean. Beach was just steps away.

Breakfast could have a little more variety.

This was my first atay here. Rooms were clean view was amazing and breakfast was good. Staff was very kind and helpful . Rooms are big enough for children to stay and the pool looked nice. Lots of kids were playing in there.

Thus doesnt really apply. The dtay was nice. Maybe have additional towels in the bedroom.

Staff was friendly, front desk was helpful when we had questions. Location was beautiful, great view of the beach.

What’s the point of having designated parking, and having a parking pass if it’s not enforced? Couple times through the week I had to find parking elsewhere because someone parked in my spot, I was fortunate to find open spaces with no assigned parking numbers, but what if there were no spaces open? I paid for a room, and received an assigned parking spot. I don’t understand why it isn’t enforced to be honest

Most of the hotels don’t have enough parking but I’m happy to see this hotel had an great amount of parking so finding parking was a breeze. I love that the property has a hot tub and an area do wash off the sand from the beach. The rooms was amazing, perfect amount of space to cook and hang out in the balcony

The staff was kind of unfriendly, especially the old redhead. We were given a time frame on when our room will be ready and when I went to talk to the lady who gave me the time frame, she chimes in and said “all check ins are at 3, not before” and I didn’t like that because I was not talking to her, I was talking to the young lady next to her.
