Kimpton - The Forum Hotel, an IHG Hotel0

I liked everything about my stay at the forum hotel. The service here was truly life changing. The staff was extremely accommodating to all of our needs and we will MOST certainly be returning here next time we are in Charlottesville. Special shout out to staff members James, Cory, Brittany A & C, Peyton, Anthony, Dominique, and Jamel. This hotel was THE experience during our visit and we honestly could have just not left the hotel and still would have had just as memorable of a vacation. It is THAT hotel.

Tjhe Forum is obviously an awesome, beautiful property in a great location. It will clearly be the preferred hotel for those coming to Charlottesville for business or pleasure. The staff was very professional and helpful with directions, restaurant options, eetc.

We'd hoped to have room service, but that wasn't a major disappointment. There was nothing to dislike. Your staff was great, as were the facilities and common areas.

Grace the bartender at good sport was friendly, professional and attwntive

First time I’ve stiffed a valet in years but I don’t regret it. He stood there watching me carry and load our several bags, didn’t lift a finger to help, and then stood there at the door of the car like “Where is my tip?”. Odd, because every other employee of the place was just really fantastic. Is that a contract company or something?

Very clean and comfortable. Grounds are beautiful to walk around and enjoy the flowers. Dinner was well presented and very delicious. Service was outstanding. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful to all our needs.

No pool available . Although it was raining and we would not have been able to use if outside.

Everything! Nice new clean! Been on a three week road trip and stayed at the Ritz several times, among other nice places….this was by far the best place we have stayed, and one of the cheapest.

Nothing not to like. Great place and staff was prompt and friendly. Dinner was great too!

We loved The Kimpton. It was so nice on a beautiful campus. The room was large, and the bathroom was spa-like. Our king size bed was so comfy! After a day at Monticello, we decided to order from the restaurant downstairs and eat in. We will go back!

I enjoyed everything at this property. It is exceptional.

The valet parking was slow to bring my car around when I checked out and impatient with us at check in since I had friends coming by to wait for me after checking in.

Great style and ambiance, chic rooms, comfortable, beautiful compound

The smell in the upper floors and rooms was a little specific, not sure what was going on. Maybe cause it’s newly built. That could use some improvement

Charge for parking excessive

Pet friendly with support staff for dog care. New facility with Jeffersonion architecture and extensive walking trails by gardens, pools and woodlands.

No coffee in room.
