The parking situation is a disaster. No self parking, only valet! Was there Monday, August 7 for the Pink/Pat Benatar concert and was one big clusterf..k! Poor planning to build a hotel with no parking garage.

I traveled with my 16 year old grandson for sightseeing DC and to go to a Nats game. Not too bad a walk to the Metro and very convenient to the stadium. Room was great and bed was comfortable. Staff were excellent (valets) but Nick at the front desk made everything go smoothly. A couple of issues with the room but Nick took care of it. Also, James provided excellent directions for restaurants. We ate in the restaurant a couple of nights. Food was good and our waiter both nights was great. Overall, a great hotel with a great staff. I look forward to staying there again.

The hotel is relatively new and clean. Felt very comfortable when living in. Quiet and cozy.

Impossible to find parking around. The location is not good. No shops or anything around. The road is full with parking cars. The worst part is that the hotel double charged for deposit one week after I checked out. I called so many times to solve the issue and ask for refund, all they did was cancelled the transaction history in my account but never refund me the $100 extra charged. Super disappointed with that.

The proximity to Nats Park and lots to do within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and accessible. The roof top bar is beautiful at night.

Nothing negative about the property. The construction happening around the hotel makes driving around more difficult but you can easily walk to bars, restaurants and Nats Park.

I like the fact that everything was very clean the people were very friendly and they had a lot to offer us for staying there. I also liked that it was in a centralized location where things were not as hard to find as I depicted.

I didn't like the fact that you could take 2 blocks and be in the bad neighborhood I didn't like the fact that you had to look for the stores like convenience stores or CVS and things like that I didn't like that I had to drive out of the way just to go to those places. I didn't like that breakfast cost of $60 that morning either.

I liked the amenities. The rooftop bar and bar on the first floor were nice options. The rooms were up to date, beds and pillows were very comfortable with up to date bathrooms. We were in the 8th floor and event was on the 9th floor but I couldn’t hear it from my room so the sound barriers are great.

When we arrived after 4pm our room wasn’t ready which was an inconvenience because we had dinner reservations in Virginia and needed to get ready. Check in was 3pm. The view from our room was terrible. Our view was of building construction in the back of the building and filthy couch dumped in the back area between the apartments and Cambria. Last, when we were heading out Sunday for brunch, my truck had been erroneously valeted back to the hotel bc of an error in the system. This is majorly concerning bc someone could have taken my car had I not have happened to be downstairs to catch the Uber at that exact time. I would I’ve to have a drawer or shelf to pull my clothing it onto since I hate living out of a bag.

staff very friendly. Nice views and roof top deck, patio. new property with fantastic views. could see the capital from our window. Great location for Nationals stadium and audi statium.

food at the downstairs lobby restaurant was terrible and expensive. Not just not great but inedible!!! Avocado tasted like it was out of a can- slimy, old. NO flavor in the shrimp tacos- three ingredients - flavorless. The insult being the price on top of it. Do not eat here!!!! I'm not even a food snob but discerning- bad, bad, bad. I would consult for free to fix the food if the management of the hotel would let me. They could make a pile of money as the lobby and hotel very nice place to hang out but the food chases people away- big profit loss center. How come visitors can see this but management can't?

I must say that bed and the cleanliness of the room was beyond anything I ever encountered before. Such freshness from the moment I opened the door. No stale odor or heavily perfumed space.

The lighting actually sucked in the bathroom and the coffee space. It was very hard to do make up in the poor light. Women need more light please. Also a quick mention of the rooftop festivities would have been nice at check-in. Usually there is a little welcome pamphlet on the bed when you arrive at a hotel of this caliber about what's happening under the roof during our stay.

A couple of years ago I would not stay in this neighborhood because there was not much to do and it was difficult to get to. Now the riverfront area has been renovated (although some construction is still ongoing), there are some great restaurants and a beautiful walking / hanging out area. The hotel is very reasonably priced for the quality of the facilities, everyone was super helpful.

The hotel has a great centralized location in walking distance to the nationals stadium. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby that are walking distance as well. The rooftop bar and restaurant- though pricey- was very nice and relaxing.

For whatever reason, the fitted sheet on the bed was not properly done, so the entire sheet came off each night while sleeping (almost as if it didn’t fit). I let someone know assuming housekeeping would take care of it- instead they brought all the sheets to make the bed and left them on the desk as if I was supposed to do it. Also, the room itself appeared to be cleaned until we got comfortable and realized the floors were extremely dirty along with the bathroom floors/shower.
