I paid extra for a city view, but the view was not that great, pictures don’t depict that well.

Loved the spacious hotel rooms. Lobby clean and bright. Abbey, parking manager? was curbside and helpful with parking options and restaurants at the Wharf. She was very personable. Check in was a breeze as I was greeted with a smile 😊 and the process was seamless.

I assume there’s a specific reason why Hilton does not provide microwaves. You need to supply them in hotel rooms, not just a common area. Guests have take out food they want to reheat in the comfort of their room(s), or perhaps after an outing, bring a hot beverage back and pop it in the microwave. You provide refrigerators, please consider adding microwaves. Otherwise, the hotel is amazing and your staff is fabulous.

The front desk clerks were very welcoming and friendly. My son and I arrived a bit earlier than expected from a long flight but they allowed us to check into a room that was available upon arrival. The rooms were clean and after a long day of touring in the DC cold winter weather, the beds were comfortable and warm lol. Speaking of touring, if you are planning to tour the sites such as the museums and memorials, this place was 15-20 minutes walking distance to majority of them. We will def be back! Thank you

The valet staff must've been 3rd party because their attitudes were completely different than those at the front desk. Very non chalant and acted as if asking a simple question was bothersome to them.

stay here with a family. Two king size beds! We later moved to meet friends at a different hotel and only had two doubles. the difference of having those king beds was sooooooo worth it, especially with older kids. Get the breakfast in your rate, it is way to expensive if you try to pay later ($40 a person - far less when booked in the hotel rate). the location is also ideal. just a short walk and you are on the National Mall! my husband and I would go walking early in the morning on the National mall while our teen zombies slept, we would come back for breakfast with them, and then all head out. we could come back at the heat of the day and then head out at night if we wanted. easy walk to a metro stop if we wanted to go other places outside the National mall. Overall was a great location.

accidentally left a phone at the check in desk. Would have been such a nice gesture to send it up to our room after so many hours of travel, but we went down and got it.

Room was excellent. Clean, modern, quiet. The hotel is within walking distance of many of Washington's most popular museums and sights. Breakfast was good, but at 28$ a person you want to get this included with the room or look somewhere else. There is a full Starbucks inside the lobby, they offer more affordable breakfast items like croissants and yoghurt.

We paid for a room with city view, which we got... except 90% of our view showed the back wall of the Spy museum. There was a note on the desk in our room that we could upgrade to one of the corner suites, which had the view we were hoping for, for a price... That said, you could see the Washington monument peep out above the surrounding buildings.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Metro access is available underneath the hotel and getting around in DC is way easier using the Metro. The food at the hotel restaurant was also good. The grab and go options were sufficient and reasonably priced for a hotel.

For the price, I think the amenities could be even higher than they are. I know you're paying for the premium location of the hotel, so it's not a huge deal. Cleanliness was good, but could be a step higher - things like black marks on one of our pillow cases were my only real complaints.

The area is very central next to spy museum, food court and has starbucks at the lobby. walking distance to the monument (max 15 mins walk).

We booked two rooms, one room the cold water on our washtafel is broken, we informed the receptionist and said that they will send their techniciant but it never happened. in another room when we entered they left cleaning stuff inside the room and the next day they didnt clean our room eventho we are out all day and put the sign to clean the room. not sure if they want us to clean our room or something?

Two kings beds were a game changer for this family of 4 with two teen boys. We also loved the shower, and the layout of the room was really well thought out. I liked that I received texts checking in on our stay, and when I texted two issues, they were immediately resolved via that means. Also loved that Starbucks was in lobby—and we were able to order and pay through that app, which made our lives super easy in the mornings. The pool area was really nice, spacious and well-equipped gym, and it was easy to walk to the National Mall and Wharf. We didn't take the metro, but there was a station right next to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

The lounge chair had some gross-looking stains on it. We first brought it the attention of the front desk, who did not offer a resolution (and to be fair may not have been able to resolve), but when I texted the issue, the whole chair was replaced in less than 30 minutes.

The location is fantastic if your a tourist. Big Bus starts right outside the doors. You can walk to lots of attractions. 10 minute walk to the Wharf and tons of restaurants.

The rooms could use some TLC. Our room had a spot on the ceiling where water damage had appeared and it was a very poor job of fixing it. Could see what May have been mold :( Although the lobby is very clean, the rooms needed some extra cleaning. Dirty mirrors and doors. The pool area had nicer towels than the rooms.

Very clean and a great location near the mall. The staff was very friendly and was checking in on the stay. The room was updated and done in the more modern style. Great location if you are doing business with the Departments / Agencies on the south side of the Mall (USPS, DoE, etc.).

I was on an upper floor and there were only two elevators and the hotel was busy so sometimes there was a long wait for an elevator, plus you always needed your key to ride the elevator and it was hard if you had something in your hands (like coffee). The Wharf is close but not that close and there is really nothing other than the Spy Museum in the immediate vicinity.
