staff was very friendly and the closeness to the sights.

property is under demodulation and they don’t have parking. Their website snd booking say that their is parking available, but when we got their is no parking. They only have VIP parking for $59 a day, park at a near parking garage ($52), or on the side of the street.

Lobby construction. Room had interior window. City view would have been nice from 15th floor. My room charges were much higher than I expected when I booked.

I liked the staff, hotel lobby, location of the hotel, the cleanliness of my room - bedding - towels. The front desk folks messaged me to check on me a few times, which was appreciated and made me feel safe. My flight was early, so I went to the hotel before scheduled check-in time and they welcomed me. It's the little things that matter most, especially when traveling away from home. I do plan to return to the area in the spring and book at this hotel again. I choose to focus on the positives, so the good things definitely outweighed the things I didn't like, but I wanted to be honest. Thank you!

My room was smaller than expected and felt somewhat cramped. The room was the last one at the end of the hall, which was of some concern. I was under the impression breakfast was included, and there was a terrace, but maybe I was mistaken, the agent checked but said, no. Lastly, there should be transportation to the airport or at least to the Metro station, glad the train was only a few blocks away.

Parking should be free when a customer pays all that money to stay there

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating... got us checked in and checked out promptly. I like that it was close to everything that we needed to do... Like my girlfriend needed to take the rental car back to return it from her drive from philly and we could go simply to Union Station. That was strategic. thinking on my part but still it was closer then I thought... as well as she was in town for a wedding and the reception location was only about 6 mins away. All in all just a great stay, when we were done with the eventful days to come back to a comfortable place to lay our heads down. Also really like the valet service, especially having been a attendant years ago as one of my first jobs. They were cool and professional.

I enjoyed breakfast each morning of my stay and all of the staff in the restaurant were personable, friendly and efficient. I would like to give a big thanks to Roberto who always recognized me and greeted me warmly. He knew what I wanted without asking after my first breakfast...

I won't say I didn't like it (because it's necessary...) but the construction on the main floor was disconcerting. AGAIN, that's not a negative because properties have to keep improving...

The hotel itself is gorgeous. Modern design, cool glass elevator. My room was A+ clean, bed was super comfortable, shower was really strong. Although I didn't eat in the restaurants, I saw there were lots of people who did. The staff was EXCEPTIONALLY nice, from the front desk to the doormen, asked a few times verbally and by text how I was enjoying my stay, and helped me out with getting to where I needed to go. The hotel is very close to Union Station, and a short walk to the Capitol and all sights around there. Only about a 15 minute walk to lots of great restaurants on K Street. I will definitely stay at this Hilton on my next visit to DC.

Probably could upgrade the coffee machines to Keurigs like some other Hiltons have done.

restaurant staff had a lot to be desired. we went for lunch at 11a. I inquired about the breakfast buffet, was told they were breaking it down, when clearly the entire time we sat there no one touched any on it. took almost 10 mins for someone to take our order when we were the only people seated in there. once ordered and waiting on food, my wife had to go grab a water pitcher herself to fill ours and the couple we were with, glasses of water. food was good, just not sure what was up with the staff that day.

They welcome you at the door. Reception is fast and accurate. Room was clean for sure. Breakfast is fair enough. There're two options, open buffet and menu. We had breakfast included so it's open buffet and it's good. Location is outstanding, 5 minutes by walking to Capitol and you can just go to other places by walking from there too.

A/C took some time to warm up and the bathroom was a bit cold.

The supper meal at the hotel was excellent and the price was reasonable. The doorman was wonderful he answered all our questions of how to catch the bus and where to go.

Having to pay for car parking. I feel the price was way to high your are already paying a good price for the room.Other than the doorman nobody could help you with your questions about buses or help with anything to do with downtown.
