I loved the style of the rooms. everyone that worked there was really nice and I loved using the latch app to get in and out of the building and my room. it felt extremely secure.

I wish that the shades on the windows were a little more blacked out. it was difficult to stay asleep past 7 am due to all the light streaming in.

Breakfast N/A. I liked the location and cute lobby; friendly staff, plenty of space in room/bathroom; nice kitchen area; liked having washer/dryer. I felt secure coming back late.

The devil is in the details. Had to ask for extra towels and someone had to go get them; had to ask 2 times to get a broken table fixed; you had to bring your own cup to get coffee in the lobby; access to some stations on the tv was confusing and required log in more than once. The printer was broken during my stay. On my key card it said it would cost $25 to replace if lost. That was annoying.

Great location, close to metro to commute to monuments and museums, comfortable and practical with kitchen and washer/dryer set up.

Latch app ideactivated before check out time so we got stuck in the garage and had to call front desk. Space around bed/closet is a little tight with the room dividers. Parking says reservation yet we were told first come first serve, that doesn’t make any sense if you are offering reservations.

Staff is always present and highly professional, despite the app required for all access and services. My unit was missing an iron, and a staff member brought one quickly. I felt secure. Great wifi.

The unit was sterile and Ikea-ish. Few utensils, plates, glasses. Bedroom had no window. Walls are thin and porous; neighbor's weed smoke permeated my place, too. Navy Yard neighborhood is an acquired taste.

the location was amazing, the check in and price were also great. but the most amazing thing was the staff, they were accommodating and really had my best interest in mind. when I didn't know how to work the app or needed access to get up the garage, they helped. Mary (and her colleague, sorry couldn't remember her name) at the front desk was exceptional and I really appreciate her attention to detail in all of my needs and concerns. they really made the experience the best. please thank them on my behalf!

Location was great to ball park and restaurants. Metro convenient. Kitchen and common area large and comfortable. Full size fridge. Washer and dryer in apartment. Nice staff.

The kitchen could have been a little better stocked. I would have liked a cutting board and small pot. But I think few people actually try to prepare a thanksgiving dinner for five like I did. Nonetheless it was perfect.

Location and cleanliness

They use a flat sheet that is TOO small as a replacement for the fitted sheet on the bed. It doesn't tuck in on the sides and immediately bunches up and you are sleeping on naked mattress (which feels really unsanitary - why not mattress cover/pad???). Got up multiple times to try to make the sheet fit over mattress.

Went for a concert. Friendly staff. Great location near Nats park. Only two minor issues. I didn't get the email to setup the Latch account (app used for key/access) until I texted about it hours after it was supposed to have been sent. You have to request a parking spot by mentioning it as a note in booking. I did so and received a response that I would have a spot available, but my parking pass wasn't available at check-in and I had to park in the alley and then move my car later after it was ready. Would definitely stay at this location again in the future.

I sent an email to Coda since I didn't receive a login code for the app, they responded very quickly. It was a great experience keyless entry but make sure you save some battery on your phone! Everything were very nice and clean inside the apartment. Location and neighborhood are fantastic! Within 10 minutes walk to train station, restaurants.

Only downside is no curtains in the bedroom, very thin rolling blinds not enough to block the sunrise.

Everything worked perfectly from the booking to the reminders. The most important perfection was the staff. The young man that was on staff on Sunday was exceptional. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was right.

I should have made plans to stay longer. I would have definitely stayed here for another day
