Best Western Long Beach Inn

Nice Hotel. We've stayed in quite a few in this town, and this is now our place to stay. The breakfast alone, makes it worth the price. Beds comfortable, room was clean.

The Staff was friendly with the exception of one person at the front desk. The hotel was pretty empty and we asked to check in a few hours early. We are older and needed to rest after the drive. Maybe it's corporate policy to charge extra for early check in but seriously the hotel was nearly empty. Breakfast was great.

The location is fantastic, walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants. The breakfast that's offered is great. The price for 2 nights was also great!

One thing I didn't enjoy was another guest slamming doors. Sounded like a couple having an argument and dogs barking/fighting. That was unpleasant and I had a hard time sleeping the first night. Also the bedroom we stayed in needed a little rearranging. The TV and bed were not lined up.

Staff friendly and patient. It was nice to have breakfast there with a verity of foods, so we could start our day without having to find a place to eat. We upgraded our room to a Kingsize suite, bed comfy. We didn't have our laptop and we needed to do a little business. They had a great quiet office center that we were able to use. We will be back.

The Bonus Question - Paid WiFi, don't understand. WiFi was included we did not pay extra. All was GREAT!

Breakfast was great and liked the variety of choices. Staff at the front desk and breakfast were very helpful, professional and pleasant. Great shower. Room was clean. We stayed a week so the size of the room was very comfortable. Like the warm cookies in the evening. Location is superb - easy access to the beach and downtown area.

It was right down town! They had a great variety of breakfast items! Front desk ladies were very friendly.

Breakfast had little to no flavor. The apple juice ran out, and the aid went on a break. The room stunk. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower curtain wasn't long enough, and water would run all over the bathroom. It was expensive, almost 275 a night.

Not impressed with the breakfast. I’ve had much better at other Best Western facilities. Bed was also not as comfortable as other Best Western facilities.

Great location, good breakfast buffet, not that many eatting choices on Sunday and Tue. Not far from beach

Handicap bar next to toilet was asked for and when we got there it was not given to us and all suites were taken that had bars. Tryed to help us but no other choices. Was inconvenient and hard to take family in a powerchair to the bathroom.

Comfortable room, king bed was just right. Room had a sofa bed and small dining table, in addition to desk and entertainment center with microwave and fridge. Loved the separate sink for rinsing coffee mugs etc. Nice hot water and water pressure in shower. Lots of breakfast items to choose from.

The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was really good. They had all the standard breakfast stuff like cereal, oatmeal, etc., but they also had biscuits and gravy, bacon, and omelets, which was very good. overall a nice place to stay.

The room seemed to have a slight musty smell to it. It was not overpowering, but it was noticeable.

The location is perfect to enjoy the beach and the town. Breakfast every morning is delicious and the staff are all very nice.
