I liked the fact that the front desk clerk allowed me to check in early cause if she hadn't id of been stuck in my car for a few hours waiting. I loved the breakfast!! Had everything from biscuits and gravy to eggs sausage and potatoes to huge waffles!! Plus more that would take to long to mention!! Definitely will be back, and hopefully the cleaning lady with an attitude will be having a better day

I didn't like that one of the cleaning ladies gave my friend grief when she grabbed an extra conditioner. Said she was going to call the front desk, which I didn't mind but she could've had a better attitude and not have been so mean and angry. I'm going to leave names out of it cause I don't want anyone fired but hopefully this will get across to her somehow.

The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. The free breakfast was great with some keto options (scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, hard boiled.eggs). There were also biscuits, potatoes and gravy in addition to the regular continental breakfast items. The room was quiet and dark. We had a pretty good sleep.

The pillows were not very comfortable. It would be good if there were some softer ones. Also, we had our toddler with us. I thought there's a folding bed in the room, but there was only a.regular couch. It was ok, we ended up making a bed for him on the couch and he slept good.

No frills. It's all about comfort. It's quiet and a great value. A single comfortable bed. Big clean bathroom. For an old lady traveling alone to visit my sister it was perfect. Thanks.

There doesn't seem to be enough parking. Lots of big work type trucks. I came in later and had to park in the restaurant area next door. Kind of dark. A little scary.

Good value place with two diners across the street. Very friendly staff.

I think the hotel was recently converted to non-smoking because our room definitely smelled like smoke. I would recommend some more deep cleaning of carpets/walls (although the room itself was very clean).

Everything went smooth, bed was comfy, etc.

Room service was too early, I was asleep and they would knock at 9 am for room service but other then that, everything was great and also wished breakfast was open later since I couldn’t even get anything

I was stuck on icy bad roads and booked at last minute in the evening. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. I felt well cared for and safe as an older, female, single traveler at night. Bed was very comfortable and room was immaculate. Located close to highway, but no highway noise. Located very close to a selection of eateries and Starbucks 😊

I liked how effective the room darkening shades were and how quiet our room was. Perfect for a good night's rest. The beds were comfortable and quiet when sleepers turned over during the night.

The walk to our room was quite long. Even though the hallway was well-lit, it was a bit creepy.

Very easy to get to from I90 which is something I look for when traveling. Surrounded by plenty of options for food and gas which also is a bonus when traveling. Check in and out was smooth and quick. Rooms are very clean and nicely put together. Housekeeping is prompt, polite and respectful with your items. Definitely will be staying here again if in the area.

Wish the breakfast started sooner then 7am, we we're up and on the road before it started

The entire place is being remodeled. And the kitchen staff is amazing!

Too many things in the room with lights. Unable to make the room totally dark for sleeping. We had to cover the alarm clock, phone, peep hole, and use a clip to keep the curtains closed.

Staff was absolutely amazing! Stayed over 5 nights , the staff was so friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend

Upstairs rooms need maintenance Definitely recommend requesting a downstairs room There is no elevator
