The rooms are very spacious and had really tall ceilings. The beds were comfortable. I especially like that the mini fridge had a small freezer. Very convenient for refreezing ice packs that we brought. The bath towels were very soft which is not always the case in hotels and the shampoo/conditioner was brand name. Breakfast had lots of variety. The hot food was hot and they were always restocking. Cookies and ice water in the lobby were a nice treat.

Just an issue with the key cards not working but they were replaced at the front desk quickly.

The Staff has always been friendly and helpful! Always greeting you the minute you walk in. It’s clean and has plenty of room in the rooms. Has everything you need! The pool area is always clean with water the perfect temperature for young grandchildren. I was upgraded to a room with a jetted tub that was amazing! The bed was comfortable, and the room clean and spacious. Jon at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming when I checked in. The staff here is always wonderful.

Not a single thing. This place is my go-to each time I visit family in Moses Lake. It's the yardstick I use when measuring the quality of other hotels when I travel.

The room was spacious and clean. There was always hot water, which is always appreciated, and the bathroom vanity had a lot of room for personal items. The location is great, food and gas are close to the hotel and you can catch a beautiful view of the sunset from the area behind the hotel. My husband enjoyed the cookies in the lobby every evening. We would stay again.

The hot tub was not hot at all. It was barely warm.

Great room with a seating area, so large with space for everything . The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom towels fluffy & absorbent. Breakfast was excellent: waffles, eggs, breakfast meats, biscuits and gravy, pastries, breads, fruit, cereals and oatmeal - definitely a step up from everywhere else I’ve stayed recently!!

The elevator was ghastly slow.

I liked the friendly staff, I liked the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was delicious. My kids had fun in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and the location was amazing.

Probably the pool area could use a window that opens when it gets too warm in there due to the hot tub. I would love to see more gluten free options for breakfast.

first thing I smelt when I went into my room was a light sent of bleach and fresh linen. loved it.

parking. someone hit my door and left a white dent in my front driver side door. on your second floor there is a dip on the hallway floor. almost felt like your floor was sinking there. took me off guard and I almost fell.

Dining chairs had very wobbly legs dining table was also very wobbly - didn't have regular TV remote and the one supplied didn't have timer option and was difficult to work

The room was HUGE! The space more than made up for the funky roof arrangement. The bed and pillows were very comfortable; the bathroom was super clean and nicely appointed, the shower was awesome; the hot water was fast to arrive. The pool area was really clean and the water was the perfect temperature. The front desk personnel were fast, friendly and efficient. I was pleased with my stay and will use the hotel again for future travel.

It felt a bit funky as the sole window looked out from my second floor room to where the rooflines joined over what I'm presuming was the pool and workout area below. It was very dark inside given the structure lurking not three feet from my window even though it was glaringly sunny outside! BUT, it was also really private. It was just kind of weird.

The room and bathroom were big!. We loved yummy breakfast, friendly receptionist, easy way to find things and help.

Unfortunately the room wasn’t very clean. The sheet on the mattress was reversed. The shower had some white stuff on it. The floor definitely wasn’t mopped, I could clearly see the water stains from the guest before. It was dirty. People next room were too noisy at 1am. Others were slamming doors very late.
