Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Moses Lake

The staff was really helpful and very friendly. The rooms were outstanding, with good-sized bathrooms and excellent soap, shampoo and conditioner. They have laundry facilities, which we greatly appreciated. We were very happy at this motel.

There were some very noisy guests at the adjoining room. But that's not the hotel's fault. Breakfast was OK, but the scrambled eggs were very dry and there was little fruit.

We slept too late for the breakfast; but we were close to fast food places, so we ate there. They start to put food away at 9 a.m., wondering if it is possible to make it 9:30 for some (especially those of us who are diabetic or have other disabilities that make it harder to get there by 9 a.m.)? I had requested a handicap room and they were very acommodating. So appreciated this....

Another half an hour added to the breakfast time so that I would have had a better breakfast for my diabetes....

I like that they try to make an effort to change the breakfst menu.

TEsla charging station broken and only one. The worst coffee machine! please invest on a Nespresso coffee machine. Provide water station for your costumer at the reception would be nice.

The room was large, beautiful, and clean. The staff was professional and friendly. They had a variety of choices for breakfast and the indoor pool was a huge hit with my kids!

I didn't like having to check out after a wonderful weekend!!

I felt like there was no place to put our trash. We used the little fridge and ate there mostly. Just tiny garbages and outside trash can was always very full

the walls are really thin, so you hear people in the adjacent rooms as well as in the hallway, even when they’re just opening and closing their doors.

Close to freeway but still quiet. Clean, comfy, nice staff. Great for a one-nighter halfway between Pullman and Seattle.

Far from town but then Moses Lake is not all that exciting. Pool is small—don’t plan on swimming any laps! Sofa bed not that comfy but are they ever?

We had to get this hotel the same day because all the other hotels were booked. Marriot hit the bull's eye with this one. The price was great, the facility was clean. We were on the ground floor that had a microwave and mini refrigerator. The covers were white without stains. We slept well and enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great. No complaints.

The personnel is extremely lovely!

Brayden was great and very helpful. He accommodated me getting a quick work out in right as I checked in and before another guest had the gym shortly after.

I had very little body soap in the dispenser in the shower...I know that's random but it was the only thing keeping me from a 10.
