Olympic Inn & Suites Port Angeles

Easy to find. There are lots of food choices in the area. We did have an emergency and had to leave early and the Hotel accommodated us. We did not make any complaints to the front desk about our room issues, because of leaving early.

Very loud road and parking lot noise. Lots of noise from rooms above us. We were on the 2nd floor. The room needs to be taken care of. Holes in the walls, bathroom door had big holes in the door. The entry door was very hard to open, the refrigerator was unplugged, had to plug it in, and no wash cloths, one hand towel for 2 people. As stated above, we did not complain to management about the room, they were kind to accommodate us in canceling the 2nd night due to an emergency and needing to go back home.

Everything was fine. Staff were very helpful

No dark chocolate in the vending machines. Fridge in room was very noisy; we unplugged it. Hotel was expensive. We were exhausted and had already left one motel because it did not meet our needs so when I learned the price of the room was going to be well over $200 I balked, but then we just had to go for it. We do not have a lot of money. Most of our trip to California from Canada was camping and cheap motels (about 100 a night) so this night knocked out budget out of whack. I should have said I was on business!

The price was good, the bed was comfortable, and it was located near to my event. The employee that checked us in was friendly and professional, although some may consider her a bit unprofessional, but you can't judge a book by its cover. It was a good stay and a great value.

The rooms are a bit dated. I pretty much use my room to sleep in so it does not really matter that much to me. The Breakfast was packs of trail mix and assorted fruit snacks. This actually worked out ok this particular trip, although a bagel or muffin would be a nice addition.

Great location! Nice addition of a fridge with a small freezer and a microwave in the room. Clean room and bathroom. We had everything we needed for a 2 day stay.

Staff (both for check in and check out) seemed grumpy and annoyed. No service with a smile that’s for sure. The bed was queen, not king size as advertised.

there was no breakfast. the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Check in was fast and friendly. Front desk provided more coffee on request, and second staff member was also very friendly. Good location.

Ice machine was out of order and the spa/jacuzzi was out of order.

Room was exactly what I expected. No issues or problems. Staff was very helpful in identifying places in town to shop and eat.

Lighting in bathroom was on one side of mirror, which made shaving a tad difficult as one side of face was always in shadow.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean and well furnished. Location was what we needed, and price was reasonable. Didn't look at the pool and other facilities, so can't give feedback there.

Some of the colors in the rooms are pretty interesting combinations, but that's a pretty small complaint. There's renovation construction going on around the building, but that's kind of inevitable. No real complaints.

Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker in room. Bed was comfortable (we got the king bed suite). Elevator to the 3rd floor(but our room was on the other side of the building). Back parking lot opened up our 2nd day, so we had good parking were we could see our car from our room.

Pool and hot tub were closed. The girl at the front desk seemed like she didn't want to be bothered when we went in to ask her about the wifi. Back parking lot was closed the first night when we got there, had to drive around the rest of the parking to find a space open.

it was close and affordable

lack of parking, key card consistently defaulting and unable to open doors everytime we came back. no elevator , fridge was gross

This was better than I expected. It was very clean and comfortable.

Coming in late my sister in law couldn’t find parking. We didn’t complain though assuming they were extremely full due to the festival in town.
