Hampton Inn and Suites Seattle - Airport / 28th Avenue

It was close to airport. Clean and comfy. Had a quick and convenient shuttle both ways. Nice big breakfast started at 5:00 AM.

Short staffed. Long wait at desk. Got a bug bite while sleeping. Not sure from where. May mot be an issue.

Staff is excellent and accommodating, convenient and free shuttle service to and from airport. The same free shuttle offered transport (drop off and pick up) to nearby restaurants, but if you are not too exhausted from your travels they are also within walking distance also. The staff was a tremendous help in setting up our paid shuttle service to the dock for our cruise and to the King Street Station for our Amtrak trip to Vancouver. The paid shuttle service they recommend was fantastic, and on time which was especially important for our early early morning departure times. The rooms were very clean, large and quiet. A room was available as soon as we checked in each time prior to typical check in times, which was great! The Continental Breakfast was a godsend and the hours of availability (5am-10am, at the time of our travels) were very accommodating to travelers with early morning departures and late morning arrivals. You could sleep in if you wanted and still not miss a good breakfast. The laundry facility was very clean and accepts credit card and coins for operation. Their on-site little shop offered snacks, drinks and some travel sized toiletries, there was variety, and were not too expensive. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for travelers wanting a close hotel to the airport and need that guaranteed shuttle to catch your flight. The hotel is 18-20min from downtown Seattle. 25-30min from Smith Cove Pier terminal. 18min from Amtrak station Kings Street Station. The paid shuttle service recommended by the hotel was fantastic and we got to both destinations in plenty of time.

The pillows were too soft and deflated easily. I did not request additional pillows though, since each of my stays were 1 night each time with a total of 3 nights stays. I guarantee that had I requested additional pillows the staff would have accommodated us.

The rooms are large and comfortable. Our room, king bed with sleeper sofa offered a fridge and microwave which was an added bonus. We had to scramble to find a hotel last minute when our flight was cancelled due to weather. We always have a great experience with Hampton Inn. Breakfast offered lots of variety and the airport shuttle even dropped us at the light rail station so we could explore Seattle after checking out. They also kindly stored our luggage. Overall such a great experience!

We arrived at the airport and after baggage claim used the courtesy phone to contact them so we could be picked up by the free shuttle bus. The hotel was ideal for us for our one night stay The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean with a really comfortable king sized bed. We enjoyed an early breakfast of fruit, yoghurt,cereal, toast, spreads and coffee. then got the shuttle back to Sea tac. We would definitely stay here again.

I expect high standards of cleanliness which was provided. What I have difficulty finding is high quality bed linens and covers. We had an excellent night of sleep after lengthy day travelling because of the comfortable beds and linens. Breakfast is superior attended to by accommodating staff.

We arrived late and had a lengthy stay waiting at SEATAC outside in the cold for a van that was not identified with the name of the hotel. We later inquired about what we should be looking for and happily made it to the hotel. I think this needs to be made much more clear in writing and on the phone when we call.

The room was spacious. Staff was courteous and helpful. Lobby and breakfast area were spacious and welcoming.

The room was handicap accessible. The room was at the very end of hall, making it difficult to reach for a handicapped customer, especially when pulling luggage on carpet. ~ The bathroom floor was VERY SLICK when wet (shower floor, extending out into the bathroom), making it concerning for a handicapped individual. ~ Bath towels were thin and small; not of Hampton Inn qualiity/standards.

The room was nice and the front desk person was extremely helpful in steering us towards things to do in Seattle.

The shuttle service. I had my husband ask for a shuttle to pick us up at the angle lake train station. We waited over 40 minutes and it was only a half mile or so from the hotel. Finally he went down and saw a driver and got in the bus and came and picked us up. Needless to say, I was not a happy person to have wasted that much time sitting at a train station when they were supposed to be there a long time before that and never showed up

Our room was clean & comfortable and we were very happy to have a small fridge. The included breakfast was much better than what the other airport hotels offer with eggs, turkey sausages & cheese omelets on top of the usual fare. The breakfast room attendent, Jeyralin, did an excellent job of keeping things stocked and the area tiday, all with a smile on her face.

We, along with two other couples, waited quite a long time (over 30 minutes) for the hotel's shuttle to pick us up. It was a cold night and not very pleasant after a full day's travel.

Location was good. Glad there was fresh fruit and yogurt for breakfast.

When I approached the check-in desk after the person in front of me had left, the receptionist did not even look up from her computer to say she would be with me in a minute or say hello. After two or three minutes she looked up and checked me in. Also, I was not contacted in my room to tell me I had left my credit card at the desk until after I called down to ask how to adjust the heat in the room. I got a call back right after I had hung up to tell me my card was at the desk. That was an hour after I had left it there.

we traveled to drop my son off at air port and it was in a amazing location a few minutes from the air port . the breakfast was amazing my kids loved it I have 4 so I rather pay the extra cash at a hotel with breakfast ..the rooms where beautiful my kids loved it . we didn't get to go to pool due to the fact we where late late travelers lolThe only thing I didn't like was the driver was running late which led to other issues. other then that I would recommend this hotel
