Hampton Inn Seattle Airport

Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Thu on the front desk was very helpful during the day.

The free shuttle to local restaurants left us stranded at restaurant after we finished eating for an hour. They never picked up the phone when we called for over 20 times. When they did and said the shuttle was coming, it didn't. The gentleman on the front desk at night was not responsive to the calls, and when the shuttle finally arrived, we had to ride with it to the airport to go to 2 pick ups for the hotel. Not pleased at all.

I was skeptical about walking to dinner but we were fine. We were able to take the shuttle to the restaurant but had to walk back and we didn’t have any trouble getting back safely to our room. It was a clean and comfortable stay.

It didn’t look like a great place when we walked inside to check in. Felt much nicer in the rooms though.

Great location and didn't even notice how close we were to the airport. Previous reviews I read stated airport/plane noises were loud, well I heard little to nothing during my 4night stay!

Was initially displeased with the lack of cleanness of our room but was quickly switched to a room that was spotless! Thank you Hampton!

Super comfortable beds/linens. Updated furnishings in room. Coffee not great (rhough wasn't expecting it to be) no half & half, only artificial creamer😕 Breakfast was 0kay, better than nothing, but no hot items (eggs, sausages) Front desk person very welcoming and helpful. Lobby felt inviting with its gas fireplace. Shuttle service was great.

Breakfast was very tasty! Altho I didn't have any with me, I appreciate that you allow dogs.

Newer desk person didn't handle my charge correctly. I had to come back down and get it fixed or I would have paid twice. Temperature in the room was freezing until we adjusted it. Do you really need to set it to 60 degrees? We waited 45 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up from the restaurant.

I was absolutely pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable our room was! I’ve stayed in some not so great hotels and I was very happy with the room and staff! We had a nice tv, small refrigerator and microwave, etc. which was especially nice because my daughter and I were able to get some delicious food (Maese’s Teriyaki?!) right down the road and keep the leftovers and warm them up! I hate to waste food, especially having more than enough left! The pool was great and the secured parking, behind a gate was nice, since we had a rented car! I felt safe and secure that we had to use key cards for everything!! I honestly wish we stayed more than one night! But we had other plans and had to move on with our vaca! Oh and I love that they use good quality bath and shower products! :) I highly recommend staying here!

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like!

Hopefully breakfast will resume to its previous standard once Covid restrictions are lifted. Bagel in the bag was stale and no creamer for the coffee, not what I have experienced in the past at the many Hampton Inns across the country. Staff was polite at check-in and helped me arrange for a shuttle to the airport. Location was convenient and the room was clean.

The air condition unit was noisy. Other Hampton Inns have better floorplans for their rooms. The bed is immediately outside the bathroom only separated by a sliding barn door, yet the room is large enough to be set up differently.

Very clean and comfortable room. It was slightly smaller but somehow had a bigger bathroom and plenty of storage.

The lobby restroom stays locked; staff has to let you in. I don't who was more irritated about it; guests waiting, or staff having to unlock it.

Breakfast was simple but adequate. I appreciate the hotel shuttle picking us up & sending us. Room has iron and ironing board.

Could not extend check-out time but I understand other guests were coming in. Very limited space to hang clothes.

The hotel was very clean and the room was beautifully redone! Bed was very comfortable and I wish I could have stayed more than one night. Will definitely stay here again before an early flight out!

I wish information about the shuttle to the airport had been communicated with me when I checked in. I didn't realize you had to be out front and was waiting at the front desk to be helped and missed the shuttle. The next one wasn't for another 30 minutes so that meant I had to rush once I got to the airport.
