we really liked the airport shuttle, the breakfast was well stocked (continental)

the beds are a little small but still comfortable. after the first night we notice that the door didn’t locked. when we told the front desk they immediately switched our room, although the manager told this room shouldn’t have been issued as they already knew about the problem.

I liked the staff when we checked in. We were tired and cold, it was very late. She could not see nor find our reservation. I think it was our mistake. She took care of everything for us in a calm and businesslike manner. Because of her we had a good night's sleep. The room was a nice size, the decor was what I like. Lots of light. The shower water was hot. I had been on vacation for two weeks and that was our last day before going back to Japan and we finally had a hot shower. The breakfast was great. The other guests were nice to be around. The bus back to the airport was so helpful and on time, cheerful driver, nice man.

I think booking. com was the biggest problem for us.

The location, staff, and ease of use for the breakfast at early hours of this hotel are excellent. The hotel messaging throughout the hotel does say it's going through a renovation phase which is desperately needed as the rooms, particularly the bathrooms def. need an upgrade as they weren't clean at all. However the rooms/beds are still very comfortable and for short stays from the airport it is perfect. I hope the renovations are completed soon as it will be a great place to continue to stay.

More up to date messaging on the hotel facilities and what is going on. e.g. wasn't aware the pool was not available to use, no vending machine, ice machine on floors to buy water etc. I received three notifications prior to arrival that the shuttle service worked only at particular times so came via a taxi from the airport, but when I arrived I was told the shuttle service is available 24 hours a day. Thankfully the staff at this hotel are super helpful and nice and refunded me the cost of the taxi - thank you.

It was very clean and the staff were so friendly and always helpful, i enjoyed the complimentary shuttle and the 24/7 staff at the front desk, especially its location is so perfect, it’s right next to food locations such as Denny’s, Jack in the box, and Thai food, OH and a grocery store! Also it’s not so far away from Angle Lake :)

Everything else was perfect it’s just the microwave was located somewhere on an outlet that wasn’t able to make it turn on so we had to figure that out.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The location was close to Seatac Airport and the shuttle efficient and with a friendly driver.

Was sorry the room windows didn’t open as I like fresh air. However, air conditioning worked well.

Loved this hotel! All of the staff were awesome. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. The airport shuttle was great and I liked that we didn't need to pre-book it (could just show up on the half hour).

We didn't receive housekeeping service after the 1st night (we stayed 2 nights) so ran out of toilet paper and fresh towels (we had 2 kids with us so needed extra towels for them). We were able to get some toilet paper by going to front desk but would have been nice to have had it already in there as we got back very late. But just a small thing and we were still very happy with our experience!

Room needed some maintenance

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location was convenient, being so close to airport. The room was good with comfortable beds. We were pleased there was a good, hot breakfast. The complimentary beverages were nice too. We took the airport shuttle when we left which was also very convenient. The price was great, as we found a sale when we booked online.

When we got off the elevator on our floor, I noticed that the wallpaper in the hall was coming apart in one area and was definitely ready for some repair. Did not give the greatest impression when stepping off the elevator.. Not a big deal though.

The facilities and staff at SeaTac were wonderful. Breakfast was well stocked and the attendant did an excellent job of maintaining the dining area during the breakfast time. The daytime desk workers were very helpful and assisted us with some questions we had in a timely matter.

The night desk staff on our last night were less helpful than any of the other desk workers. There was an issue with a shuttle driver to get us from the airport after dropping off our rental car and then to meet a late arriving family member at the airport. We had been assured a shuttle would be available. Although we understand staffing issues and Covid concerns, these desk workers were dismissive about the inconvenience we encountered.

The front desk staff (I'm looking at you Ashley) was AMAZING! Super helpful and friendly and really kind and peppy for 12AM! The shuttle driver was super friendly and helpful as well. The bed was comfortable, we got a crib for our baby and the shower was clean. Breakfast was surprisingly good! For a free breakfast mid/post pandemic, I was pleasantly surprised with the selection and quality (minus the hard boiled eggs. Those were atrocious). All in all, amazing stay!

The room could definitely have used a bit more care when it was cleaned last, I definitely found some hairs that weren't mine in the bathroom and random feathers behind the side table when plugging in my phone charger.
