Ramada by Wyndham SeaTac Airport

Clean, tidy, in good repair. Handy to airport. Prompt shuttle service to and from airport. A full service independent restaurant and bar in the lobby were very reasonable and handy.

I wanted to switch rooms for one with a refrigerator and microwave oven but the staff person (the desk never had more than one person in it) looked up my reservation and informed me that since I had booked them through a 3rd party (Booking.Com!) I could not switch rooms. The only Ice machine for guests was on the 2nd floor.

My granddaughter drove me. We had planned to go find a DDD meal. Instead we found an amazing Vietnamese restaurant in the lobby!! We pulled off the street to the front door. We heard a horn blaring about every ten seconds. Finally figured out it was the shuttle driver. He very aggressively motioned for us to move as I was about to get out and walk in. We actually called from the parking lot, above and a long way for me to that door, to cancel the reservation because of the horrid individual that drove the courtesy shuttle and the fact that I cannot walk very well. BTW. I am elderly and on a cane with assist. I, and several family members, come to see my daughter several times a year. Unless this man is addressed none of the nine of us will ever return there. I came because this was my first time there. My grandsons were unhappy their Nana was treated badly because they had been telling me to come.

I did not like the shuttle driver. He is rude and obnoxious. I was calling inside to cancel and get my money back. The front desk server was the best ever frontline accommodation. Her name was Janetta King. She turned out to be a gem. She did the best ever service recovery you could imagine. We were tired and our plan was to find a DDD restaurant and crash for a morning flight. The restaurant in the lobby was phenomenal. Service, food and, even other patrons. But. Jenetta is a ROCK STAR!!

We had a very nice stay. August 2nd 2023. This is a positive review. We stayed for one night before our cruise. The front desk ladies were very polite and helpful. We called from the airport for the free hotel shuttle and they arrived 15 minutes later. Nice. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very quite and the shower was nice. The hotel was clean and presentable. I would stay here again. Room 216 is really nice. TY for nice stay.

It didn't have a microwave or a safe in the room. No problem.

We booked this wonderful little hotel at the last minute, having missed a connection, and needed to catch a new connection the following day. The shuttle service is much appreciated! The front desk explained how to find the shuttle bus and the shuttle bus driver was cheerful and polite about his delay due to the traffic jam. The hotel room itself is clean and comfortable. We really love being able to walk downstairs to the in-house restaurant (Ginger Palace) for a delicious dinner and breakfast after such a long journey. Thank you for being so amazing!

We had to wait over 45 minutes for a shuttle after several conversations with the desk. It was after 1 am before we got to the hotel. The bed was very comfortable.

Our bill didn't make sense. I had booked two rooms, we received a suite, my dad received a regular room but I found out later that he paid quite a bit more for the room than we did for the suite. He didn't want me to call about it, but I thought it was very odd.

Location was great. We had a rental car to return the next day and it was 4 minutes from the hotel. Very easy to get to.

The blow dryer didn't work. When I called down to the front desk, they put me on hold and were checking with the housekeeping staff. They eventually hung up with no explanation. We never got a new blow dryer and no call back. :( Went to the airport with wet hair in 45 degree weather.

Adjacent to airport as well as hire car facility. The meal in the Asian restaurant was excellent with very friendly staff. We had read about a particular member of staff on the reception desk who we swear served us but was very kind to us!!! Complimentary parking was appreciated.

Lack of nearby places to eat.

Great location, close to the airport, shuttle service provided. The room was clean, modern and spacious, very comfortable. To our surprise, we found a small restaurant right off the lobby, which made it very easy to get food and beverages in the evening and early in the morning. The menu is quite varied... a lot of options. Highly recommended for travelers needing a comfortable one-stop hotel with easy airport access.

so close to the airport. Clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were super comfy! staff was friendly. the restaurant could use some work, but we still ate (they were out of a lot of things and the dessert tasted like freezer burn) Would still stay again for the proximity to SeaTac and the comfortable beds

the restaurant was out of a lot of things. Even simple things like cherries. My tiramisu had definitely been in the freezer too long. Tasted like freezer burn. The BLT was good though

nice and clean room large bed and soft mattress for the kids it’s great for the family and i like it,but safety need more focus on the family and kids very short information about the kids safety issues, ex how to lock the door because some people they don’t know how to lock it and kids they sneak out and get out

staff need to be available , security issues, customer needs information about the property and the room
