Fairfield Inn Spokane Downtown

It was awesome place to stay. I loved when I turned on the TV it welcomed me with my name on the screen.

Saturday there's lots of people partying at the bars. Also was hard to find parking when we got back to hotel cause partying bar people was parking in the hotel lot. I saw so many people come get there car from the bars.

The waffle makers,and the add ons for them. Great choice of items,eggs ,sausage, oatmeal, fruits,etc....

No ice bucket at first,or trash can liners,and we found food item in mini fridge. The coffee codiment packs had been opened and some items missing ,so it makes me a little concerned about the overall checkoff list.

I transferred to this hotel from a dump downtown and it was like being transported from hell to heaven--my room was immaculate, large, and bright, the staff were cheerful and kind, and who doesn't love fresh cookies every evening! I also enjoyed the easy walk to Gonzaga U along the river (I was in Spokane to visit my child there).

For two nights, there were people walking around loudly on the floor above (after midnight).

I loved that the property was within walking distance to downtown and the convention center. The room was SO clean and the hotel is recently updated. The location felt safe and the staff was welcoming.

Breakfast could use improvement. Options included heat and eat breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, cereal, boiled eggs and bread/bagels options. Some hot food items like bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs would be a great addition.

Comfortable room. Great shower. Nice pool especially on a hot day. Cookies in the evening. Quiet. Great location. Friendly staff (especially Stephanie on check in). Breakfast well stocked.

Whirlpool jets not working. Had to ask for towels for the pool

The location is excellent, a few bars and restaurants nearby including the Globe. You can get everywhere on uber/lift, scooters, or just walk if it's not too far. The city is nice and very clean. The hotel could be less expensive for the rooms they provide. But everyone has their own preferences. This is just my opinion.

The price could be lower, I believe. It's a regular hotel with standard amenities. Well sufficient, though.

The customer service was exceptional. The lady noticed I had my grandma and daughter with me for a room with a king and sofa bed and she offered to give us a room with two queens which was perfect.

I did not like that they gave my husband and uncle a room with a king bed when we reserved a room with a king and sofa bed, but they were amazing and fixed it immediately.

the staff was really nice and inviting! I was in spokane for a concert and they told me about the easiest route to walk to the pavilion. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great 👍

The cleanliness everywhere and the great service

I can't answer this question, everything was good, I cannot find anything to criticize. Why would I, when the manager of the hotel is making his presence known, making sure his staff follows and everything runs smoothly.

It was conveniently located to new indoor track stadium (5min) and downtown shopping. The microwave and frig make small snacks in between meals for athletes great! All in all great accommodations and free parking is a plus!
