Howard Johnson by Wyndham Spokane

I liked the well maintained buildings and my room was nicely updated inside. Each morning, at the office, I picked up a paper sack that was pre-filled and stapled shut with breakfast items in it. Fresh apple, juice, egg mc muffin, yogurt and two sweet bread/cookie. Only one per person per day! Which is plenty.

Although the desk was consistently staffed and accommodating. I'm still waiting for the refund from checking out 2.5 days earlier than prepaid for. I'd like one (1) day refunded as I checked out the afternoon on Wednesday May 17th.

The room was cozy, and clean. The only thing my mom and myself didn't like was the fact there was no bed spread. You should also advertise breakfast in a bag. Think that would me more appropriate. Our room was on the end and due to the fact they had not shoveled the snow away we had to walk to the middle stairs to get to our room on the end. My mom has bad legs and I specially asked for room on bottom, I understand I booked late but not even a room with a king bed was available on the bottom, otherwise staff in office was very polite, nice and very friendly. I would recommend this motel to other family members as well. Thank you very much

No bed spread on the bed only sheets and 1 blanket. Didn't keep us very warm at all

I liked how convenient it was, How it was in a pretty good location through the main road of Spokane and how a lot of the stores were nearby.

The only thing I didn't like was the small interruptions we had by staff attempting to get into the room a couple times without much warning, they were extremely nice though, The door got stuck, the bathroom door got stuck and you have to force it open / close, the tv had a weird notification that was tricky to remove, spider webs behind the mini fridge But other than that, Everything was nice, I loved the bed the pillows were so comfy.

The front desk receptionist was incredibly friendly. The first room we were in the tv didnt work. She came and tried to fix it and when she couldn't, moved us into a different room where the tv worked and made sure it worked before she moved us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was the stopper in the shower didnt stay up causing water to collect in the tub while showering. The location is a little odd too but definitely not a deal breaker. I will definitely stay here again

Everything was fine. Great price and decent quality. Clean, easy to get to and from, quiet. Staff were good.

Our room used to have a connecting door to the next-door room, but this had been sealed shut. The issue was that there was still some sound transfer through the door (more so than through the walls). Ultimately, it didn't end up being a problem, as our "neighbours" were asleep before we got home (and the front desk had already offered to move us if there was any issues).

WiFi was terrible. I stayed for 4 nights and wanted to work during the day. The network would disappear and when it was available it was very slow. I had to go to the Panera Bread across the street and take work video calls outside. Depending on who was on staff in the lobby, they would restart the router to get it working for a little while but they all admitted the internet was always a problem.

The stay was comfortable and the room was updated with cute decor. The staff was super friendly. I felt like the location was mostly safe considering Spokane sketches me out and there were security cameras on the premises so I felt confident my room would be undisturbed and my new car was safe in the lot.

Housekeeping came in after I requested a decline in service, which upset me, I like my privacy. There was no "do not disturb" sign. The frosted window in the back let in a lot of light, maybe y'all could add a curtain 😊

I like their grab and go breakfast which is in a bag, juice, muffin, cookie, yogurt, hamburger! They also have popcorn and cookies in the office, you can eat as much as you want. Room is easy to access from the car.

A little bit away from the town centre. One of the window has no blinds, so I used pillows to block the light from outside.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet. (My main priority when traveling alone.) The location was close to many restaurants and the free 24 hour coffee plus breakfast is a bonus.

I'm hobophobic (read that carefully). There were some homeless folks near the area.

Updated room that was very comfortable and clean. All the amenities you could want and even great lighting!

On a 3 night stay my room was never serviced. wouldn’t have been that big a deal except there was only one tiny garbage can in the room.
