Oxford Suites Spokane Downtown

Front desk excellent. Rooms spacious - bed OK. Location other side of the river to DT so 25 min walk to places we wanted to be. Flip side it is more scenic - right by river, and has free parking which many DT don’t. Quieter location. Uber we booked that was in 6 seat category overstated capacity for 5 adults). Hotel saved day with shuttle.

I’ve stayed in their property like this in Boise. Both had food/bar space in basement. No windows, weird placement - not a place to hang out - but food, service etc all tried to make up for it. If they reconfigured that - it would be amazing.

Nice room with a good usable layout. Free breakfast had lots of yummy choices and gave ample time to dine. Proximity to transit and my venue was great. Laid back and quiet overall, would stay there again

Water pressure was bad, hard to rinse my hair. Views weren’t the best but that’s not why I chose this property anyway. I wish the pool would have been open later, in my short stay I couldn’t use it. Catching the shuttle from the airport was part of why I chose this property but ended up taking the bus because of the timing

The staff were absolutely amazing and just a pleasure to talk with during check-in. Quite possibly, the best staff I've ever encountered. This, by far, is one of the nicest, cleanest hotels in Spokane. And it's an easy walk to the arena, the falls or downtown Spokane. From the pool and hot tub area, you can see the river. And the breakfast buffet is amazing. The Oxford has your stay covered 100% from start to finish.

There is nothing to not like.

The welcome drink was great! My mother-in-law loved it. The large room was just what we needed, clean, comfortable, beds were great. The breakfast and service was outstanding. You served a variety of items which suited each one of us perfectly. And the coffee was delicious. Thank you!

We liked our stay so much that we wanted to stay another night (a thursday) but the rate that the front desk gave us was quite a bit more which disappointed us, as we even said we'd stay in the same room so it didn't need new linens or cleaning.

Room decor is very nice, clean , people friendly and breakfast was very good.

We felt a little unsure when we first drove in the parking lot with your multiple big signs saying park at your own risk!!!!! It made us worried about whether the location was safer or not. Also it would be nice to have a safe in the rooms to lock up valuables that you couldn’t leave in the car! Maybe instead of the signs have a security guard patrol the parking lot.

The breakfast was great, much better than most hotel breakfasts. The location is great with good views of the river and downtown, at least from the king river room.

It was very noisy in the hotel starting at 5:00am on Saturday morning. It sounded like a track meet was going on in the room above for over 2 hours. Not sure if that was a guest exercising in their room or if that was hotel work, but it was quite loud and constant. The hallway was very loud and busy as well, doesn't seem like there is much sound dampening insulation which may be due to the age of the hotel. It is remodeled well and was exceptionally clean.

Property staff was excellent! Everyone was helpful, professional and friendly. Loved the view from our balcony overlooking the river!

I wished there was a better on site restaurant. In a future renovation, a 2nd floor patio restaurant over the pool area would be a total hit! we went next door to the Osprey restaurant twice! so nice to eat right on the river!

The stay at Oxford exceeded our expectations: the staff was efficient and friendly; the room was spacious & clean; the breakfast area was spacious and well laid out, and there were full hot/cold breakfast menu offerings - the best we have had. Even homemade oat raspberry bars! In the challenges that have come with COVID - finding staff, managing a facility - we were very impressed at how well this Oxford Inn & Suites did everything! Thank you!

Much cleaner than the 4 star hotel I stayed at in downtown San Francisco, which you would expect to be ritzy. Exceptionally clean - the bathroom floor and tub shined. I actually felt like the bedding was fresh, it smelled good. Nothing was dusty in the slightest. It really didn’t feel “lived in” but very warm and cozy. Heat/AC worked great. Exceptional breakfast options. Thoroughly impressed.

The property is clean with many amenities. The location along the Spokane river is terrific for a morning run or walk along beautiful waterfront.

The room was comfortable but a little cramped. The bench at the end of the king bed made passing through uneasy and than was nowhere to move it.
