The bed was very comfortable. Room was clean housekeeping was excellent. a big hotel.

A Pepsi machine on the floor would not work. It would just take your dollar bills and give you dimes in return if you got anything back. Room service will I put a menu in the room when you do not have the service available? No I should say here that I did see them going up to Floors caring trays of food, but the only access to room service was to scan your phone for a menu which you were then told wasn’t available.

I liked the desserts I ordered, the gal that assisted me was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the night light. It was good to have the shower supplies handy. The towels were nice. I think when people check in, they could inform you more about what the hotel offers, for example, that there was a restaurant, what its hours were. and where it was located. It was hard to know where to go to be helped there. they could mention the pool and exercise rooms. that you would need to use your key to get the elevator to work. If another person hadn't joined us in the elevator, we would have been there awhile. I know we aren't used to such fancy ways of doing things. It was a treat for us to try something new.

The Shower could use a bit more pressure. The size of the shower was nice. I would have liked more available seating. The carpets to be plusher. and more carpet and less flooring. I think the TV should be more centrally located.

We've stayed at the Davenport Towers a few times before and have always enjoyed our stay. The facilities are always clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. We appreciate the bar and restaurant on site and it is nice to go down stairs for a drink before bed.

The parking situation in the area is difficult at best. About the only option I'm aware of is the Davenport parking ramp which cost and additional $22/day. The parking spots are so ridiculously small it is almost laughable, and we drive a small to mid-size SUV. We had to try three spots before we could find one that we could actually open our doors and get out of our vehicle.

Large room and bathroom. Super comfortable bed - so amazing! The hotel and facilities were in great shape and everything in the room was just as expected.

The only thing that I didn't like about this visit was completely situational. Due to the local wild fires and the heavy amount of smoke in the air, their valet service was closed. But positively, they take their employees health into consideration and don't make them work in hazardous conditions.

the one and only thing I was unhappy with was the bar. my daughter and I were in town for a concert. we went to the bar to have a drink and because she has a vertical ID even though it clearly states she is over 21 they wouldn’t accept it or allow her in the bar.

Check-in was fast and efficient. The room was very well appointed. All staff we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable.

We could clearly hear the next room's door open and loudly close. Thank goodness that guest only entered their room once that night! Although traffic noise & the trains were very quiet, we were surprised how clearly we could here the guest next door enter their room. Everything else was great!

The breakfast was amazing. Exactly what we hoped for. The food I general was so good and the cocktails delicious!!! Staff were on it, and though the lobby and restaurant were busy we were well taken care of!!

Can’t even think of something that could have gone better. OH except for the club chairs by the fireplace! Very poor support so once we sat we struggled to get up!!

The hotel was beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed and nice surroundings

Valentines Day weekend and we as a couple were in a room next to a family whose baby cried and screamed from about 10 pm every couple hours all night and the baby and another child began shrieking around 6am the next morning for HOURS. The hotel appeared to be FAR from booked that night so the family should have been placed in an area where they could have had less surrounding hotel guests.

Location, cleanliness, view, restaurant

There was no valet parking available when there was at their other property a block away. There was an issue with the room cards not working properly on the elevators. It took them 3 attempts to get us the correct room accommodations. We had to come back to the lobby 3 times before we got a king room vs. a double Queen room. Front desk staff seemed confused and not well trained

Wasn’t clear when we checked in that housekeeping would only be replacing bath linens or making up the room in between guests, or after the third day by request, due to the hotel’s COVID policy. We mistakenly believed our room was being neglected. Signage of this policy in the room or made clear at time of check-in would have alleviated our misunderstanding. Beyond that, we had a wonderful stay and the Davenport Tower continues to be our favorite place to stay when visiting Spokane!
