Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lake Geneva

The location was great - 5-15 minute drive from everything we wanted to do, and there’s plenty of parking at the hotel. The breakfast was fine; a nice selection of breads, fruit, cereal, yogurt, and some kind of hot meat and eggs and a pre-wrapped breakfast sandwich. I can’t say the quality of the hot food was stellar, but it met our needs. The coffee is very good, which I appreciate.

One morning all of the hot egg items contained cheese, which my partner can’t eat. Otherwise, it was nice to have the breakfast available.

The breakfast was excellent. The omelets were hot and fresh. The waffle were fun to make and the fresh fruit and juice were delicious. It was a clean eating area and the person in charge of keeping it so was attentive and very nice. The rooms were clean and large. The showers were hot and powerful. The free Spotted Cow was a great surprise! Thanks!!

Next time we will take a room facing West to keep the highway traffic noise to a minimum. Otherwise it was wondwerful.

Breakfast was great, continental plus hot sandwiches, egg soufflé and waffle maker. Room was very clean, comfortable and great shower. Awesome to have a mini fridge and microwave and coffee maker. Quiet room also. Nice workout facility, 5 min drive to downtown lake Geneva.

From the pictures online the pool looked bigger. Main reason we chose this hotel was because it has a pool for our kids to swim-but literally could fit 6-7 people in the pool otherwise it seemed unsafe and too crowded.

We arrived and were greeted with a complimentary snack bag, water, and list of restaurants in the area. They also had a complimentary Happy hour in the lobby/dining room with snacks and music. we made to feel very welcome and as if we were visiting friends. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Location was excellent, room was comfortable and spacious, hotel was quiet, staff were attentive and friendly , love the Paul Mitchell toiletries, the shower was big...overall very happy with the hotel

Only real downside was no hot tub, we were looking forward to that Pillows were not my favorite but they worked

This was our second time staying at this hotel and this stay was memorable since this was our 25th Silver Wedding Anniversary. The facilities were not only clean, but the hotel was near downtown Lake Geneva. We were glad that the breakfast facility (which is styled like a restaurant) was opened since the pandemic. The food choices were plentiful as well as appetizing. The fitness room had the equipment that my wife and I needed to stay fit. In all, this hotel exceed our expectations and we look forward to returning here next year.

Nothing to dislike. Everything was excellent.

It was clean, very close to our dance competition.

The bed was more firm than I personally like and pillows were too soft but everything else was great. I was pleasantly surprised at the Bloody Mary bar on Saturday morning!

Very neat and clean, except pool door. Loved the shower!!! My husband and grandson loved the breakfasts.

It seemed strange that they would have alcohol for sale, but no one on duty old enough to sell it. The pool really left something to be desired. Extremely small, and the door leaving the pool was extremely gross. Either rust or something spilled all over it.

The staff was courteous, accommodating, and friendly. The facility was quiet and felt very secure. As for the breakfast, it had a good variety and tasted goood.

We didn't have any complaints above facility. The rainy weather on the fourth day and the day we checked out were the only downer of our visit.I

we were greeted by the most awful girl. Asked how to get to the lake and was given an off handed comment that we can’t miss it but never gave directions. I had to explain that this was our first time to Lake Geneva. very unpleasant person which marred an otherwise excellent hotel experience.
